Cost estimate was right on, and lower than others we got estimates from. The men who installed the counter tops did a great job, they worked constantly, answered all questions, and were very personable. Later that evening Steve Naylor called to make sure everything was O.K. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who is changing their counter tops.

Steve and his crew are very reasonably priced. The first think to know is that his crew custom cuts everything right there at your house. FLOKS...this is custom work for non-custom price. I have seen lots of granite countertops since my project....and I actually like Steve's laminate work way better! This people are honest, trustworthy and your are going to be impressed at how nice laminate countertops can look. This a company that you will be thankfully you found! Thank you Steve for everything! I found Steve and the contractors that came to our home VERY effecient and professional. Steve came the day after I called him, and it was no small distance either. The contractors were so good; they had a hard job with an old house and they did everything right. They were very careful to put everything back the way they found it. GREAT EXPERIENCE! We are builders and when we do laminate countertops again, we will definitely call Steve. His prices are very competetive as well. A word of advice - I noticed when I checked Steve out on the internet that everyone rated him a 5 on everything except Cleanup (4). Changing countertops is not a Clean Experience. There is a lot of dust and although they were so careful to vacuum up and cover, you just can't get away from the dust. It's a messy process which these guys try to minimize, but either clean out your cabinets beforehand and wipe out afterwards, or clean them out afterwards - which I saw as an opportunity to get a job done I might otherwise put off. Thanks Steve and your staff/contractors. You do it right.

Helped me make a good choice, workers on time, polite, left no mess, perfect install over difficult old cabinets. Glad I went with HD laminate with beveled edge. Kitchen looks new. Everyone thinks its granite when they first see it but easier to maintain.

Mr. Naylor was exceptionally pro-active and came out before the weekend to measure and quote. I was told what to expect and how to be ready.The installers were out by Tuesday to put in my countertops. I paid exactly what was quoted and everything looks beautiful. From start to finish only four (business) day process and cost less than any other contractor I found (even less than Lowes). Great family run business.

Steve came out to measure on Monday, and my new countertop was installed on Tuesday. He initially provided me with a lot of samples and explained the different quality grades and styles such as beveled edge vs. rounded, High definition vs. regular laminate, etc... The Wilsonart HD #1822 looks like real granite to me. They did an excellent job installing and it only took them a couple of hours. Steve gave excellent advice without being pushy. He was understanding when we had to rescedule the installation due to a family medical issue. In spite of a problem with materials, the contractor obtained additional material the same day and completed the installation on time, as quoted, to our full satisfaction.

Mr. Naylor come over the same day we contacted him. He was very helpful and gave us samples of counter tops. He also made suggestions and answered questions. When the crew came to do the job they were great. They were both polite, friendly, tidy and very fast! They did our counter tops in one day and cleaned up the mess. Quality of the countertops is very good. Work completed as promised. I priced installation with several other contractors and Steve had the best price by far.

Excellent job on counter-tops

This company just installed Hi-Def laminate in my kitchen. The job was top notch and the installers were experts. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. My kitchen looks fantastic. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone doing a laminate install.

Did what he said he'd do and when he said he'd do it.

Contacted me immediatly, came out to measure and gave bid same day. Did not pressure me for an installation date. I rated him as very good because he had his installers correct small problems immediately and his installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves very well. Professional work and completed quickly within the promised time frame.

Job was almost finished when I hired Steve. I provided laminate. My laminate color was discontinued, and I only had enough to finish the job, with a little left over. Steve assured me that his guys had 12+ years exp, and would not screw up. His guy chipped a piece off of the existing work, broke another piece of 12 x 48, leaving me with just barely enough to finish job, but replacement piece had to be made in 2 pieces. The glue he used to install it didn't join the seam well, and it immediately began separating. He left glue residue all over the counter and wanted $325 for a 2-hour job! I paid Steve $200 and he complained and insulted me!

They did a good job, and the countertops look awesome! The only complaint I have is one of his workers smoked in my house, and a line to the dishwasher was cut so there was a lot of water in my cabinets. They took time to clean it up, and replaced the damaged line, and were very apologetic. Overall would work with them again.

Tore out my existing countertops and install laminate. Let huge chunks of tile and sheetrock for me to clean up. Was NOT happy and when I showed Steve (owner) how the crew left my job site- he told me to just clean them out myself. They also knicked up my recently stained cabinets. Not much else to say but I would not use them again.

I used Steve Naylor counter tops. I give them a 5. I would recommend them highly. I was very impressed with the results.

Very quick call back. We were on a tight schedule and they worked us in very quickly. The counter looks very nice and they did a good job.

Mr. Naylor got in contact with me in a very timely manner. He showed up promptly at the prearranged time, did the measuring and wrote out a detailed estimate. Mr Naylor over saw the job, his two helpers were great! Friendly, courteous, and very helpful on a couple of other matters not totally related to the job. The work was done on the premises, custom cut to my needs. A job well done.

I was very pleased with the way that he called and set up a time to arrive and stuck to it. He arrived on time,was very professional,courteous and respectful. The installer did not take off after he arrived he stayed until the job was done and then cleaned up after he was done. He left my place in better condition than it was when he arrived.
