Yes sir you are correct.. You did call and leave messages both days.. However what you are mistaken about is this. The business being good enough to pic and choose. Since I am having to defend my self over a silly review, I will do it right. As I try to do everything I do right. I dropped my phone Tuesday,, the 14th. After many hours went by, I started to ask myself why my phone hadn't rang for a few hours.. After awhile more calls came in that where answered, and I thought about dropping my phone no more… Then Wednesday the 15th I had several calls that I missed and no messages where left.. @ the time I knew something was wrong,, I just didn't know what. So I went on ,,thinking that the customers that where calling must have been in a situation that required immediate attention and went on down the list.. Then the following day,, I had a customer text me asking why I hadn't returned her call.. I explained that I was not aware of a message that was left.. I trusted customer,, so I knew something was going on with my phone.. I took my phone to the a.t&t store.. And they took it in the back room for about 3 minutes and then came back out and said okay its fixed .. And they handed me the phone, I asked what they had done to fix it,, they said they could not explain.. When I went into phone to retrieve the 1 message I thought I had,,, it showed almost 20 messages.. I was dumb founded… I didn't know where to start back peddling … So I came home yesterday and started making calls to the customers that had left messages including you.. You spoke with my wife,, and explained that you had already had the problem repaired.. You where not in an emergency situation ,,, Your house was flooding, nor on fire. The real deal…….. I think what you are really up set about is this.. More than likely you where not to excited that you had to call in another plumber to fix your issue.. And that is understandable… And its also understandable that they gave you a quality experience ,, good enough for you to say to yourself that you will be calling them in the future ,,, instead of Partridge Plumbing that did not even return my call or my messages that I left….. Well ,, know then… My turn… So what I don't understand is this….Why would you leave me an F?? I am just a family guy,, trying to make a decent living for my 3 children .. And to give my quality customers a good experience… I will go out on a limb and say this.. More than likely,, I would not want you as a customer if you can't be a little understanding about things that are not in my control…. This situation was exactly that. Out of my control .. So please customer,, I ask you this… When you home is filled with water,, or gas who you gonna call??? Not me,, cause like you,,, I only give customers 1 chance… Thanks for reading and have a great day...
