Description of Work: I have used him before to replace a hose bib, and to fix a broken pipe. This last time I had Shane replace my garbage disposal. He is friendly, honest, and he does good work. I will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs.

Description of Work: This man knows what he is doing. He sticks to it until he solves the problem. Very reasonable pricing also.

Description of Work: At first they called me several times to schedule an appointment which seemed very responsive and I appreciated that they were trying to coordinate trips around the metroplex. However, after letting them know that, at the time, I had Mondays off and was also available Friday mornings I started to receive phone calls for randome times during the week when I was unavailable or had little time to re-arrange my schedule to accomodate their schedule. In the end, while I was having a plumbing problem (leaking commode flooding hallway) and had company coming for the holidays, I tried one more time even tho the expiration date had passed and was told to find out the size of a part and to call back. Instead I called a friend who was able to correct the problem.

Description of Work: Partridge Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. I had a death in the family (Houston, TX) and was having to go to Houston a lot during a period of relative's critical illness; and therefore was unable to be in Fort Worth for scheduling. I did keep in contact with the scheduler from time to time and thought the service would be completed as other work would be scheduled in this area [where the property is located]. However (I think the company and service provider moved to a location in Keller, TX) plumbing work was no longer scheduled in the area of my property. Partridge Plumbing is a very reliable and high-quality service provider and I shall miss being able to receive services from Partridge. I wish Partridge Plumbing the very best and thanks to Shane for his exceptional, high-quality work.

Description of Work: called a couple times and finally heard back from provider that he had recently been hospitalized and was just catching up on responding. he offered to suggest alternative providers, but the deal was not redeemable since he was unable to provide service.

Description of Work: I contacted Partridge Plumbing because I they had installed a sink faucet for me in the past. At that time I did not think anything remarkable because it was a small scheduled job. I'm writing this review because of a leak I had yesterday from an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs bedroom. I was in a panic! I called Shane and he was willing to rearrange his day for my emergency. It turned out we did not need to do that and Shane followed up with me at 5:45 to see if I needed him that night. After talking with me about the problem he gave me a couple of suggestions and the problem seemed to be solved without a service call. However, during the experiance with Shane I have found my life time plumber.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon and knew I had 90 days to use it. I became ill and let it expire. I called and explained that I knew I had let the coupon expire but I still needed the work done. I was told that they would call and schedule a service time. I never heard from them again. I know better than to pay for service before thy performed. Thanks for the reminder.

Description of Work: Definitely worth the $$ - very professional and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Had a complicated outdoor wall faucet issue - super nice and knew what he was doing.
