He called me in the morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived on time and quickly finished the jobs at hand. He never made a mess. He never asked to borrow my tools. He was prepared and efficient. I was very impressed with his skills and his knowledge of plumbing.

He was very thorough and knowledgable and we will definitely hire him when we need something more pressing done in the pluming area.

My main drain pipe backed up when the washing machine drained. It turned out not to be a mere clog, but the older pipe had begun to corrode on the inside. Mr. Shane Partridge cleared this drain line twice. He filled my washing machine three times to rinse this drain. He checked to make sure that it was functioning up to par. I was informed about the type of pipes I have, and how to maintain them for prolonged use. Everything was perfectly explained to me, and I feel like a learned a bit of plumbing today. I will follow Mr. Partridge's instructions carefully. It was delightful to meet a plumber who was willing to explain the problem in complete detail and give sage advice for future maintenance. Mr. Partridge is both friendly and professional. I highly recommend Partridge Plumbing.

I called him and he was able to come out within about 4 hours. I really liked the same day service. He did a good job and I'm happy with the faucet and have now found a new plumber.

I first learned of Shane and Partridge Plumbing through one of Angie's List Big Deals and I am so happy that I did. After reading other customers' glowing reviews, I scheduled Shane to do work at my son's house. Shane is a delight to deal with. I found him to be personable, punctual, patient and extremely professional. He performed all work after explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would recommend Shane to friends and obviously have already recommended him to family. --------------Addendum---------- I found out after I posted my review of this company that I was way overcharged for the hot water heater. I raid this with Shane who told me - well he did other work that he did not charge me for. Unfortunately, whatever additional work he did did not come close to the overcharge on the low boy heater.

He was very prompt and informative. He mentioned several things that were needed to be done, but there was no pressure. He advised that it would be best to replace the water heater as it was over 10 years old. He gave me some solutions that would extend its life, like draining the water heater and that kind of thing. He did everything I asked him to do. The work was done very well, and he was very pleasant to work with. I did not get a second opinion in terms of his price, so I don’t know how it would compare with others. His responsiveness was very good. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

Good afternoon I would like to tell you about Partridge plumbing me being a single older woman sometimes you get taken for a ride, i had a hot water heater that had went out and i had asked around to some of my friends and i was referred to Shane Partridge i called him up he said he would be there at 9am the next morning and sure enough he was there right on time very friendly professional man he went straight in and looked at the hot water heater he told me every step he was fixing to do. he had no problem answering any of questions while he work which i had alot of them he showed what the problem was anything he found he let me know right up front. he was very concerned the way the hot water heater had been and he explained to me why. Shane knew what he was talking about and i do not believe i had a question that he did not answer for me. even with all my talking it seemed liked it took him no time to get the job done and cleaned up. And then in talking to him he asked if i would like for him to check out any of the plumbing while he was there and i said that would be great and he gave me a free inspection of the other areas in my home. This was the best experince i have ever had with a service person to were i did not feel like i was being taking for a ride. THIS MAN WAS HONEST, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL YOU BETTER BELIEVE ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS I HAVE I WILL BE CALLING SHANE HE EVEN GAVE ME A FOLLOW UP CALL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO MY SATIFACTION AND TO MAKE SURE I HAD NO PROBLEMS. NOW THAT IS A PLUMBIMG PROFESSIOMAL WHO TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK. AND PLUS WHEN YOU CALL YOU TALK TO HIM PERSONALLY. So i thank you Shane for not taking this old woman for a ride. Let me preface this review by saying that a few years ago I had a plumbing problem and went with Benjamin Franklin, based on Angie's List reviews and was thoroughly unimpressed. So, rather than look to Angie's List to find a plumber this time, I spoke with someone in my neighborhood that recently purchased a foreclosure to see who they used and that person referred me to Shane. Called Shane on Monday and scheduled him to be here at 8 am on Thursday. His truck arrived at almost exactly 8 am. I showed him both problems and he wasted no time getting to work. He was patient with my curiosity, answering questions when asked, but never really stopped with the task at hand. Several problems arose during the process, including a cross threaded nut and a toilet that was bolted down incorrectly (bolt needed to be sawed off), but he had a good attitude and completed the work in approximately 90 minutes. All-in labor was 252, including a fuel charge to travel from Ft. Worth to Far North Dallas, and parts were 44 for a total of 296. Would I have preferred it to be less, sure, but his travel time was probably 90 minutes round trip, he completed two jobs that I could not have done myself, and I have confidence that he didn't run up the bill. I can say with relative certainty that Benjamin Franklin would have been at least as expensive, there would have been a LOT of 'upselling', and I wouldn't have nearly as much confidence in the quality of work. I will use Shane for all of my future plumbing needs.
