I bought an Angie's List Deal. Shane and his wife are incredibly nice, polite, and easy to work with. Shane came out, inspected my plumbing throughout, pointed out areas that need work in the future while giving me an idea of what the cost should be. For instance, he noticed some pinholes in the shower grout. He recommended we put in a timer for the water heater. SECOND - Today I called to have him look at our town home in Plano. It's too far for him, so he offered to hear what the issues were and gave me ideas on what could be wrong, how much it should cost and what I could do myself. That included buying the new shower wand rather than having the plumber buy it because the plumber would have to factor in a cost for his time to shop for and to warranty the fixture. I am impressed with his work ethic. Great guy. I would HIGHLY recommend him

Showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection. Gave some advice for future preventative measures. High quality and professional.

I called Mr. Partridge with the intention of engaging him to replace a leaking sill c*** (outdoor faucet at the back of the house). He told me that I could very likely tighten the nut near the handle of the sill c*** and that would stop the leaking. I took a large pair of pliers and turned the nut just a little bit...the leaking stopped immediately. I appreciate his honesty and customer service. You can bet that the next time I need a plumber I'll be calling Partridge Plumbing.

Everything was good. Price was fine. I like him very much. He did an excellent job.

Shane responded quickly on the 4th of July and was to our house within 90 minutes of my call. Explained everything in detail, worked quickly, professionally to fix the problem. Absolutely superb service.

Took apart two small areas of the kitchen pluming under the sink to remove food that was stuck in the pipes between the garbage disposal and the kitchen sink. Did not even take 15 minutes and only reason why cost was a bit higher than I would want to pay. However, he did offer us the oppportunity to fix it ourselves, but my husband nor I are handy in any way, so we required his help.

Installed in garage. Did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards.

Shane Partridge has been to our place for 2 jobs now. He gave us a quote on fixing a terrible plumbing job done by the prior owner in our attic and he did a drain and flush for us on a 2nd hot water heater. He revealed to us on both heaters some major plumbing problems and alerted us that 1 was potentially dangerous. On project 1 we were leaning to use Shane because he was the most thorough in looking at the problem and he made us aware of more options than the plumber we ultimately chose to use. He was also a little better on the price - the problem was he doesn't do roofs and the hassle of trying to schedule a roofer and coordinate the work became a pain so I went with the 2nd best choice on that job. On the 2nd job, where he showed potentially dangerous conditions, we had the good fortune of having the city inspector come out after Shane's visit to inspect the attic plumbing job, so we asked him to look at the heater Shane alerted us to. The city inspector agreed with Shane's assessment and said we should shut it down until it got installed properly. Well, I wasnt going to be out of pocket for another costly plumbing job because of the previous home owner and the bad home inspection done so I called the fellow who did the home inspection. When we told him about the problems that Shane and the inspector found he had his plumber out to look at the heater. We are negotiating at this time as to who fixes it but it looks like the home inspector is going to do the right thing an d pay for this one. The short of it is this, if you need plumbing done that doesn't involve roof work I would use Shane all the time. He went above and beyond and even called the guy who missed the problems during our home inspection and told him everything he saw. Way above and beyond. I hope it works out that he does the repairs he identified....

The service was very good. There was nothing bad about them.

The service went very well. I had them replace all of the mechanisms inside the toilet. One technician came out and completed the job in less than an hour. He did a good job and cleaned up after himself. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

We were having trouble with our water heater. They came out and we worked on it together and got the problem fixed.

He did what he came out to do as far as inspecting all the plumbing things. He did do what I had him come out to do. They were pretty prompt and pretty fast. He wanted to sell me some expensive plumbing fixtures that I didn’t need at the time. I still haven't needed them yet. It's really almost a game. It's like they are going to get us to buy this, but when they come by, they are going to sell us all these things that we didn’t really ask for. I didn’t fall for that. Nothing really stood out. He did part of what he said he was going to do in the big deal, because he did not do any plumbing inspection. With regard to price, he was trying to sell me some expensive stuff. I really don’t know if I would use them again in the future; I might but I don’t know right now if I would. If I had to use them, I would. I would talk to them first.

I received bids from three providers. Partridge Plumbing had the best bid, and I had a good phone conversation with Shane to discuss the bid. After awarding Partridge Plumbing the bid, Ladonna gave me a call to schedule the install. She wasn't sure if he could get to it the same day, so she said she would call back later once she saw how Shane's day was going. True to her word, she called back at the end of the day and scheduled for the first thing the next morning at 8am. I got a call from Ladonna before 8am letting me know that Shane was running just a little behind but should arrive shortly after 8am. It's a pattern, Partridge Plumbing actually does what they say they will do, and Shane arrived shortly after 8am. Shane surveyed the install with one of the water heaters being in the attic. His helper wasn't with him, so he was going to have to make another trip. I offered to help him get the old water heater down and new up to save him a trip, and he accepted. Install went just fine and looks nice and professional. His attention to detail making sure the pipe insulation was cut just right so that it had a perfect fit was appreciated and showed he paid attention to all the details. Flower Mound requires an inspection and that the plumber be present. Shane got the permits first thing in the morning and had the inspector come just as he finished the work. Inspection was flawless. When it came time for the invoice, Shane beat his original estimate by knocking off just a bit for my help. Great guy to do business with and was very fair. Shane exceeded my expectations which are high to begin with. Great job Shane! Appreciate you coming out and taking care of us!

Our relatively new water heater (three years old) developed a leak this past Saturday evening. I first tried calling the company that installed it, but they never responded. I then called several other plumbers and Shane was the first to respond. He said he couldn't make it out Sunday when I called, but he'd be out first thing on Monday. Sure enough, I got a call at 7:15 AM on Monday to confirm my address and he arrived at 7:40 AM. He quickly confirmed the supply line leak and replaced a corroded stainless steel line with copper, which he said should have been installed in the first place. He also made several other remarks about the unit itself as well as the work done by the installers. He finished up quickly and made sure the results were clean. The price was higher than I would have preferred, but I cannot fault the results. The only hiccup we had was that he didn't take credit cards, so I had to find a checkbook quickly.

I think that the service turned out fair. He cleaned out my sink, but then the job was not done correctly. He did come back and replaced the toilet with another flapper; the job still existed. He did also tell me that I needed a new water heater, new piping, but I did not think that was to be needed and I needed a second option. He was a nice guy, he came with his son and they tried his best.

I have used Shane at Partridge plumbing for my home several times and he has always done a great job. My company has used many different plumbers over the 5 years that we have been in our building but my company always goes with whoever gives them the lowest bid. We have had 5 years of toilet problems and each plumber we hired could not fix the issues or only found temporary solutions. I was finally able to convince the company owners to forget about the "low bid" process and bring in Partridge Plumbing. Shane came in and repaired or replaced the toilets and piping that leads to the toilets. He showed us why we were having problems and let us know what really should be done to fix the problems. The one thing I have learned about Shane is that he is a straight shooter, if he tells you something is needed than you can bet it is needed. It is now one week after Partridge Plumbing did their work and every single employee has noticed that our toilets and plumbing are much better We are also saving water with the newer toilets. It was a good experience. The gentleman was prompt and friendly, and he completed all of the work quickly without sacrificing its quality.

I called Shane for a broken toilet and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly and perfectly. Shane has always been very professional and honest, I highly recommend him. We have used Shane 4 or 5 times since we first called him a few years ago and now we will NOT use any other plumber.

My house has a number of issues related to normal aging of the equipment originally installed when the house was built. We are working to resolve all those. Shane responded quickly when one of the water heater leak detection automatic shut-off he installed for me detected a problem and did its job. One of the copper supply lines had corroded and had begun to leak. Quickly repaired and returned to service.

He came out and looked at what I thought was a leak from my ceiling. He poked a hole in my ceiling and just left it there. He then told me the leak wasn't coming from there. Later, my ceiling did end up collapsing from that exact leak. He also told me that I needed to buy a more expensive toilet and was constantly making disparingy remarks about the quality of my normal toilets. He was extremely arrogant and kept repeating that he was a "Master Plumber" and that I was lucky to have his expertise for just $99. I would NEVER refer anyone to him! He was late and I felt it was a waste of my money.

I called and left a voicemail with Partridge Plumbing on a Saturday morning and received a call-back promptly Monday morning (around 8 am). I received an apology for not having received a response during the weekend and then we set up an appointment for the next day within an 8 - noon window. On Tuesday morning I received a call from Mr. Partridge around 8:15 informing he was on his way. He arrived about 8:30. Mr. Partridge made a point to remove his shoes before entering the house and was very polite, personable, and professional. He asked what areas I needed him to look at. I explained that the MB toilet was acting oddly and that I would also need him to look at the guest bath. The guest bath toilet was acting fine but I just wanted an expert review in case something needed maintained/repaired. Regarding the MB toilet it was in bad shape, he replaced the fill valve and the flapper and the toilet seat. It works wonderfully now. Since it was acting oddly, I had been using the guest toilet. With the guest toilet, he said it was working just fine and replaced the toilet seat as I requested. He also demonstrated the seat's special feature that allows it to be removed for cleaning. After learning that I was new to home ownership, he made a point to show me some basic items such as how to turn off the water main. He pointed out the sprinkler system access in the yard. He looked over the water heater and pointed out the pan was too large and the drainage was not set up correctly for it (the home inspector had pointed this out too). He also made a recommendation to workaround this drainage issue. He also pointed out some sub-par connections in the home that he would recommend I look into repairing some time in the future. I just moved into my first house after living in apartments all my adult life. As such, this is my first time hiring a plumber and have no clue as to whether the cost was fair or reasonable---this is the reason for the N/A rating on that category. I would definitely recommend Mr. Partridge and would use him again personally.

Everything went very well. The plumber removed the broken valve and there was no additional charge. I purchased a $20. voucher for $100. worth of work and that is all that it cost me. I am very pleased with this company.

Shane is very trustworthy and has always fixed our plumbing perfectly, quickly and at a fair price. In fact I think he does not charge enough! I am willing to pay more to someone that I know has my best interests at heart. Shane is a straight shooter, no nonsense, no BS type of guy. We are lucky to have found him. He is our plumber for life.

Shane was very responsive, answered all of our questions and gave us a number of great suggestions of things we hadn't thought of, like cutting down the 4" pipe in front of the house and getting a water cutoff key. Diagnosed the source of the problem we've been having with a blocked line--likely the tap into the main sewer line is collapsed. Gave suggestions on contacting and dealing with the city to fix the main problem.

Shane Partridge is very professional. knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. You won't go wrong with Shane.
