He was very professional and straight forward. I trusted him and believed what he said. I felt very comfortable using him to perform this work.

When I called I told them my fireplace wasn't working and he told me he didn't know if he could fix it but he would look at it. He had to get a part and it didn't work, he went back and got a different one and finally got it fixed. He had to return to my house three times before it would work. I thought that was great. He is competent and stuck with it until he had it going.

He fixed the problem and the total cost was slightly cheaper than his estimate. We have a lot of plumbing upgrades needed in our house and we will definatley use them again.

Shane arrived on time and was courteous, yet fun. He was very thorough in all that he did and alerted me to some damage on the new range. Shane worked from the time he arrived until he left and cleaned up after himself. While he was here I got an estimate from him to replace two older hot water heaters. His price was lower than another bid and he actually took the time to explain what the pricing would be based on and the scope of the project. I'm very pleased and now have my "go to" plumber.

Called over the phone to ask for an appointment to fix a faucet leak for a washing machine. Jonathan said he could walk me through it over the phone. I tried what he suggested, and it worked! No charge, just a quick simple fix. He could have set the appointment and charged for a service call - even replaced the fixture - I wouldn't have known the difference. But instead I saved money by getting free instructions over the phone. Thanks Jonathan!

I felt like it was a bait-and-switch deal. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to call him. I got no value for my coupon. I feel like they added it to the price. We had an agreement on the price and it changed at the end. He did a good job but his customer service was lacking. His billing procedure was a “F.” For quality of work, I’d give him an “A.” He cleaned up after himself and did what was expected. He showed up when he said he would. The first time I contacted him I didn’t get a fast response but the second time they were prompt. I wouldn’t use him again.

We purchased a big deal for $99 for $200 worth of plumbing services to start with. We had two toilets that were not shutting off, and one was leaking at the water intake pipe. We attempted to change the flapper on one toilet, and this stopped the running, but it was still leaking. We were unable to replace the innards on the other toilet ourselves, due to corrosion. Shane came out to the house and repaired both toilets, as well as a leak in a sink for the deal price. We also knew we needed a pressure reducing valve installed, and he was gave us a quote for that. We had the pressure reducing valve and water expansion tank installed, as well as a leak detector/alarm that will shut off the water heater if it starts leaking. Shane was very quick to respond to e-mails/calls regarding scheduling and getting a quote, and was very flexible in scheduling around our work schedules. About a week after the work was done, we came home to no hot water. I sent an e-mail to Shane, and he called within 15 minutes to troubleshoot with me over the phone. The hot water returned, but by the next morning, we had very low water pressure with the hot water (cold water pressure was fine). It was a weekend, but Shane still responded quickly to my e-mail, and came over to the house less than an hour later. He fixed the problem (something knocked loose in the water heater), no charge! Shane was always polite and professional, and made sure that we understood what work was being done. He explained our options, and was very flexible with our schedules. We highly reccommend his company.

Started off with some mis-communication on when he would call back. Once scheduled he showed up on time. He completely redid the second sink drain in the kitchen, even replacing some parts under the disposal sink. Very friendly and upfront. I have been fighting this drain for years, redoing it myself multiple times. I believe now I won't have to deal with it again for years to come.

Shane works alone so he can make sure each job is done to meet his high standards. Because of the shortcuts that had been taken when my bathroom was built, he had to make two trips to supply stores to find the parts that would work because the original parts were not the right ones. I'm sure he could have charged me a lot more considering how much work he had to do. It significantly exceeded what the $200 of work the big deal covered. I would recommend him and I intend to use him again. He is worth waiting for because he takes the time to do the job right.

Excellent service. Very helpful and informative Technician. Arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and gave me tips on how to maintain the new equipment. The whole experience was pleasant. The Technician was honest and helpful and didn't charge me anymore than the paid special price. I was very pleased with Partridge plumbing.

I purchased an Angie's list coupon for 1 hour of plumbing work for $99.00. Partridge Plumbing was prompt, calling me to schedule soon after I purchased the coupon. The plumber came out within days. I have been very happy.

Needing a plumber in a hurry, my wife went to Angies List and found Partridge Plumbing (Master Plumber #39786). He showed up promptly at the time he told me he would and when he went to replace the valve I needed replaced, he tightened the top nut. Voila! Leak gone AND no charge. I walked Mr. Partridge through my home asking "ballpark" prices on some services I want to proceed with in the future. As we went, he explained which order I should have them done in, WHY that order, pointed out some issues I was unaware of that need fixing soon, yet did not try to push me into doing it right now or by him. Mr. Partridge advised when and why each issue need be addressed, offered to come give a more exacting estimate at my leisure, and advised if I did not choose him for the services, at least get a service company with good references, insurance etc. Obviously the man wanted my business, but moreover he was concerned that I get quality work. I will get quality work, I will use Mr. Partridge.

I bought a Big Deal and asked Shane to come out and look at repairs needed per inspection report on our "new" 1971 house, and also to look at repairs needed on our previous home. Shane was very prompt at returning my phone call, and scheduled us quickly. (He has remained prompt and responsive in subsequent calls/e-mails/scheduling). He spent a half day going over the list, advising what really needed to be done and what could wait, and doing a few minor repairs in the process. Shane is an honest man and a hard worker, but he doesn't believe in taking short cuts or in using cheap materials. So you may possibly find someone who will do the job for less, but if you want it done right the first time and with quality materials, you probably won't find anyone more reasonably priced than Shane. I'd wager you couldn't find anyone more conscientious at any price. For the larger items, he offered to get the parts himself, but was honest about having to mark up the price for his time, gas, etc. I opted to purchase the items myself, and he gave me a detailed list of what was needed, along with specific products that he recommends, and encouraged me to call him with any questions at any time. I called Shane on Christmas week to let him know the parts were in, and he managed to fit us in within a couple days. He worked hard all day and everything turned out great. I am so happy to have found an excellent, conscientious plumber who takes pride in his trade, and will definitely keep his number handy for myself and to refer to family and friends.

Whole job required 2-trips. Second trip required a remove replace new toilet a second time - I was charged for the R&R twice - once with initial install and a second time for the clogged sewer line.

Shane called me the same morning I purchased The Deal on Angie's List. It was very easy to get a quick appointment and he was punctual. I had a couple of clogged drains that I had used Liquid Plummer, etc. on and could not get them to drain properly. Shane got them fixed and I was very pleased with his attitude and work. I will use him again, especially since he's a master plumber.

Partridge did a great job installing a sewer cleanout on the sewer line when our plumbing was backing up into the house.

Shane called promptly after I requested an appointment and was able to fit us in. Completed gas log cleaning quickly and we discussed other water and plumbing issues. He's definitely a pro who's on my reference list !

They showed up precisely on time and followed up ahead of time to confirm. He did the work and as it turns out I needed a part which was not on the truck at the time. He obtained the part and brought it back on a separate trip to complete the job and did not charge for that second trip. I have looked for years to find an honest reputable plumbing company as I have had many previous experiences that were not good. Partridge did a great job, was very professional and honest throughout. I will use them again and recommend to anyone.

The next week their was a leak coming from the vicinity of the hot water tank. It would cost $350 to fix the leak so I decided to replace the tank too. Shane did a great job and the price was affordable.

Our old pipes busted, so we called Shane at 6:30 am in a panic. Shane answered and told us he would come in a few hours. True to his word he came at the aproximate time. Our plumbing was leaking all under the house with water and mud, Shane went in and found the problem, fixed it and showed us three holes in the piping.Partridge Plumbing and Shane were great to deal with and helped us out in our time of need. I would definitely use the company again and refer him to others.

Per the big deal ad $200 dollars? worth of service for $99.00. I thought it was a good deal. I had new countertops installed and needed the plumbing for my sink and dishwasher and garbage disposal reconnected. I contact this individual beforehand prior to purchasing and he told me it was covered. Due to my countertops being fabricated I had to wait for that and a week later I contacted plumber and stated that he was booked up for the next 2 weeks then he stated he was scheduled to be in my area the next week. I told him I needed him sooner and he stated he was a week behind. The after several e-mail communications he stated that he was driving from Fort Worth and the gas, plus what needed to be done basically would not be worth his time. In the future If you place a big Deal aid make sure you are available within a 48 to 72 hour time table if possible and don't say it is not worth your time and materials because you placed that big deal aid on this site so you should have honored it. I had a friend reconnect my plumbing in an hour. I purchased $10.00 in parts do to the sink being an undermount sink. everything works no issues.

Shane was professional and courteous. Shane's work was what I expected and he even gave some advice on future plumbing projects I want to do next year which I will be contacting him for the work. Shane called me several times to set up the work and a schedule since we appartently playing phone tag. Although I could tell Shane was very busy he took time to answer my questions fully and explained what he was doing when he installed the garbage disposal. I have no hestitation in recommending Shane for plumbing work and plan to use him again.

By the way,regarding the comments earlier about Shane's quote on a water heater from a gentleman who asked Shane for an estimate, I would like to share the following facts for everyone's benefits; I just had my water heater replaced last week (11/5/2011) by Home Depot. It costed me $1300 for a 50 gallon GE gas water heater that has a 9 years warranty. This total includes the tank which costs about $500, plus tax and installation which was about $400. In addition, each "flex line" and valse that were replaced cost $75 (they replaced 3 lines). Plus there was a $75 fee for the city's permit and inspection, another $75 for a drip tray installed under the tank to divert water in case there is a leak. After all of these "little" charges of $75, to have a $500 water heater installed by Home Depots I actually paid $1300. Further more, I don't believe Home Depots or Sears would pay a Master Plumber to install my water heater. There is a premium for the knowledge and expertise these Master Plumbers provide. To compare their work to those of the Apprentices or Junior levels is not right, if not accurate. I felt that this company provides a reliable, professional service at a very honest, reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Partridge Plumbing to anyone at anytime.
