Everything went great. I am moving into an apartment and unfortunately will not be able to use Shane. If you a need a plumber or have problems with gas, Shane is your man. He is a man of many talents.

He came to get a stubborn gas log set to light and ended up checking all 4 sets. Great job.

The guy that came out was able to very quickly solve the issue with the dishwasher. The line was kinked beneath the dishwasher. He was also able to quickly install a connection for the fridge water line. He seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. I had purchased 2 hours of labor but, he finished up what i needed with plenty of time to spare so he advised me regarding garbage disposal installation. He gave me a quote that was about 1/4th the price of what another company quoted (they said they would need to move the drain pipe down which was very expensive). He was even nice enough to advise me how to do it myself if i wanted. The only reason i gave him a C on the professionalism was because while he was there, I also had a guy there cleaning the blower in my A/C unit. The plumber advised that i should have some shut off switch since my AC unit and water heater sit close to each other. The AC guy knew I was going to purchase a new ac system soon and said the new one would come with it. However, the plumber kept insisting that i should get one immediately. So much so that he was trying to argue with the A/C guy. Put me in a very awkward situation.

Went great from scheduling to job completion.

Leak was repaired quickly and from what I can tell to code. However, the price was too much in my opinion.

Overall this project went well...a significant amount of money spent ($500 weekend labor, $270 for a Kholer toilet (highly recommended), and $99 for Angie's List coupon)...but at least we can rest easier knowing that all of our plumbing issues have been addressed.

Shane came out and bid the job, explained everything in detailed, and showed me the type of parts that he would use. We set the date for the repairs to be made, but it turned out that he was able to work us in sooner than expected. The faucets were replaced and everything went perfectly. Shane is very professional and courteous and I will definitely use him again in the future, should the need arise.

Mr. Partridge was informative. He let us know the problem; when he did not have the parts on his truck, he told us and came back within minutes. He was courteous.

Our 20-year old water heater started leaking and we knew it was on its last leg. This was our first experience with Partridge Plumbing and Shane did a great job for us. He was very responsive, especially considering that we were anxious to get our water heater replaced as soon as possible to prevent any water damage from the leakage. Shane takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. He is quite knowledgeable about all things plumbing related, and I would not hesitate to call him again for our plumbing needs. I feel his price was fair and his service was excellent.

The plumber arrived within the timeframe given and began with the fireplace. I have recently moved into the home and wanted the gas lines to the fireplace checked before using the fireplace this season. He methodically took the gas logs out of the fireplace placing each carefully on newspaper to protect the carpet and tile from dirt and soot. He even took a photo of the arrangement to be be sure he reinstalled the logs in the proper configuration. He then proceeded to clean/vacuum the built up soot/creosote from the fireplace box, put everything together, checked lines and lit the fire. All along he patiently answered NUMEROUS questions from myself, a "newbie" at gas logs operations. Next he looked at a toilet that I had installed with a new tile job this summer and have already had to have reset once. It was once again "rocking". I was about to recall the prior plumbing company for the 3rd time. Evidently they never sealed the toilet properly...so that is what he did. It now is sturdy and steady and working great! The final action that day was a look at the water heater which needed to have a valve opened. I had company that evening...with a functioning toilet and a wonderful warm fire burning when guests arrived. I am very happy with the professional, courteous service I received.

Great service. He worked me in with a last minute call on a Saturday morning. Sean came by on the way to another another appointment, then came back within 5 minutes of when he said. Very professional, great work and a fair price. He will be my first call for all plumbing problems in the future

Very professional master plumber who knows his business and is very patient in explaining what's going on with the plumbing and how it's being fixed. He works very well with his apprentice, was personable, punctual and left no mess. I wouldn't hesitate to ue him again.

He was great! I bought the Angies List Big Deal saving me a lot of money. He installed new ring/seal, new toilet we provided, and replaced possible bad valve on the pipe coming out from the wall.

He was very nice and professional. I think he was honest and I may or may not use him on a service call.

Great. From start to finish!

Process was good from start to finish. Setting up appointment was easy. Arrived at scheduled time. Work was neatly done. I have used Partridge Plumbing twice and will use them next time I need a plumber!

When I called them to set up service, they were very apologetic, but they no longer service my area. They were courteous and professional about it, though, which was nice.

Something broke not long after that and I had to have him come back again. I can’t put the whole fault on him because our house is old but I did call someone else when I need to have something else fixed and it hasn’t had a problem.

Shane was very professional, punctual and answered all my questions. He inspected the plumbing and made some recommendations as well as drained the water heater.

I called Shane in an emergency situation. A shower handle was spraying water because of a worn out cartrage on the inside of a shower handle. He immediately responded with information he needed. He asked for pictures and brand. I quickly sent him the information he asked. Shane stopped by the house to access the situation then went about finding the right part. Shane went to 3 different places looking for the correct part. The leak was repaired within hours of my first phone call. Shane really saved the day. He was professional, fast and accurate! And I now have a plumber to call when I need one! Thanks, Shane!
