Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $89 for 1 hour of Plumbing Labor plus a Free Whole House Plumbing Inspection.

Description of Work: I purchased the 'deal' and called to make an appointment. They came out and fixed the problem, I would definitely use them again for other needs.

Description of Work: After several calls to set an appointment, they were ready to come and then said it was too far..it was out of their territory. They were upset with Angie's List.............NOT our problem!! We waited a couple months of back/forth with returned calls, cancelled appts, and then they finally said it was too far to drive. We could have had our plumbing repairs done waaay before that experience. We did find someone by word of mouth who handled it promptly and cost effective.

Description of Work: We goofed and the coupon expired.

Description of Work: I had a handyman replace the insides (total) of my 2 toilets but they ran aftter flushing, released water periodicly for no reason and had to hold down handle on one of them. After Angie's fix the one toilet is still releasing water periodicly for no reason.

Description of Work: Partridge plumbing was contacted by us as a result of a special Angie's List offer. We were most interested in getting the hot water heaters in our home and a rental flushed and tested for safety. Both of these needs were met. In addition, all plumbing connections in the houses were checked for problems or potential problems. We were given clear advice on recommended actions and approximate costs. We will likely call on Partridge Plumbing to do the work.

Description of Work: I had purchased two outdoor freeze-proof faucets but the plumber fixed two outdoor faucets without needing to use those. He replaced one of the faucets with a better one and made sure the pipe was well insulated in the wall. He also replaced the anti-vacuum devices (required by Ft Worth), one of which I could not get off. Very fast, no extra charges, no b.s.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon to replace a leaking hose, and after a month of trying to schedule an appointment finally I had to give up. The reason the company gave for not being able to schedule an appointment was that my location was not convenient. I would have appreciated if Partridge was upfront and let me know rather than wait for a month. Not a good experience.

Description of Work: In addition to the faucet replacement and inspection, they replaced a bathroom faucet, lines and shutoff valves, and fixed a leaking coupling at the outside, in-ground water meter (which required going to Home Depot to get a no longer widely used part). They were accomodating, clean and friendly, and I plan to use them again.

Description of Work: The gentleman installed a new outside faucet on a line that was leaking when the faucet was turned on, and examined all the plumbing in the house, giving suggestions for repairs etc.

Description of Work: Shane replaced a shutoff valve under my kitchen sink. He also helped me with a leaky water Heater, which involved his removing the supply line connections, clearing the overflow line from the drip pan & giving me recommendations on solving the issue with my leaky Water Heater. Shane was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I will definitely use him on all my future plumbing issues. Doyle

Description of Work: I got Shane's information from an Angie's List coupon. He came as agreed and was just great. He corrected 2 mistakes made by my previous plumber and discussed, at lenght , options to correct other issues. He was patient, knowledgable and really good. I will use him as my plumber from now on.

Description of Work: Toilet was running continuously. Plumber replaced flushing mechanism. Convenience hot water tap on kitchen sink was not providing hot water. I bought a new unit and plumber replaced the old unit with the new one.

Description of Work: After additional research and experience dealing with this problem, I realized my assessment was hasty and uninformed.
