About 6 months ago I  had a battery problem while in the Houston area and AAA came out.  I let them replace the battery with a AAA branded battery.
The replacement battery failed and I was unable to get it charged and running.  I called AAA and I finally persuaded them to send out a tow truck to take the car into Richmond to a AAA rated battery service provider.  Which was Integrity Tire & Battery.  I live out in the country about 35 miles south of Integrity--the closest AAA battery provider.
They tested and confirmed I needed a new battery.  They did not have the specific battery needed in stock so Dan Sickle put in a similar battery and he ordered the AAA branded battery so I would have the AAA warranty extended.
I had to go back a couple of days later and the battery was exchanged.  There was no charge for any of this service since AAA warranty was in effect on the original battery.
Dan and his crew were all very professional and I felt comfortable with their attitude and work to get my problem fixed.
I was impressed enough that I had Dan generate a price quote for a new set of tires before I have make a long trip this summer.  He quoted two vendors tires and recommended the somewhat cheaper set as a very good product.  Never have had that happen before!
As another review indicated the business does have 'too much business' and lots of cars in the shop.   There is also a problem with limited parking area and  space to maneuver your car.  Not much they can do about this without moving the business!
The customer area was spotless, TV, free drinks and snacks.  Comfortable seating.  Even nice flower beds in the front.  Not at all like tire shops I had been in before.

Went there two times.  Integrity used to be great service and I am sure the tires are high quality but both times I was there it was so full of people waiting that the service suffered.  They did not have the tires I wanted so offered a replacement of another brand.  That was not a problem per se but the sheer customer volume exasperated the employees so much quality of service and courtesy suffered.

Good service and friendly, knowledgeable staff.  When specifically asked, I was told that the extra-cost warranty (road hazard, rotate and balance) would be honored at any Goodyear store, so I went ahead and added that to the purchase.
 
Well, there is one caveat - honored IF you have the original sales paperwork to prove you have the coverage.  Be mindful of the fact that there is no national database, so carry a copy of your original receipt in the car!

I Have gone to these guys for 3 years. They have a fantastic waiting area for business people, they have desks to work from, etc. They pay attention to your time.

I just got rid of my old cars and got new cars. Last year I decided to get rid of my old cars, and so I don't need them much now, but they have done a good job for us. They have done a lot of work for us, but I wouldn't take my transmission job to them. They have done some fairly major stuff, but mostly just normal maintenance. When I take cars to them, I don't worry about it, they take care of it. There was a time when I had some billing issues, and they worked on it with me. I try to support my local service providers.

They are real good. They send out coupons. We have been using them for a few years. They are a Christian based company. They have been very honest and very straight forward. They are easy to deal with and they are willing to work with you.

I would definitely recommend them as a category 'A' company. With them, I have never felt that I'm getting fleeced. It is a very nice family owned company. I would give them 10 out of 10 absolutely, in responsiveness and performance.

It's a mom and pop shop. They are close to my house. They take good care of my car and they take good care of me. It went very well. I don't know if they have anything unusual as far as automobile repair goes. They are pretty knowledgeable. Their expertise and professionalism are the things that are important to me. They get the job done. Their rates are reasonable and in line with everybody else. I have been with them for about 4 years.

I didn't have an appointment and know that they are always very busy, so I was prepared to wait. The waiting area is very nice with drinks, snacks and TV (I brought my book.) I didn't keep track of the time, but it didn't seem all that long. They told me the problem was a bad ignition lock cylinder and that the dealer didn't have one in stock - so they ordered it. In the meantime they changed my oil. I have used them many times for regular maintenance and other service and found them to be friendly, professional and fairly priced.
