Larry gave us the most comprehensive estimate and at a better price than anyone else. He was almost $5000 less than our first estimate and was performing more work. He gave us a quote to repair and to replace. We chose to get a new Lennox unit.and increase the size of the duct work to 16 in. for better efficiency. The crew came on time and worked almost without a break until they had completed the job. We are very happy with the personnel and the job. Well done!!

I was very pleased with their service. I like the fact that the owner of the company was there. He came out to do the quote and he was there when they were doing the job. They did a great job. I was happy with them.

I cannot say enough great things about our exchange with this company!!..... We woke up on a warm day to an A/C that was not pumping anything that was cool..... Upon reviewing Angie's List we decided to call Wright Bros.... Larry answered at 7 AM and was very kind and told us to turn everything off to prevent anymore or extensive damage and that he could be here within a 2 hour time frame (by 9) and there he was right on time!! .... He looked at the unit and explained what he thought it was and instead of just "doing" he has a book with pricing so you know up front all the costs (LOVE that!) ....He even offered to teach my husband how to clean the coils so we were not charged for him to do it (I opted to allow the professional to do it!) At one point he had gotten a little mud on my tile floor and I found him cleaning it up even though I told him it was no biggie....Everything was up and running in no time!..... Larry was so courteous and I felt like we got so much quality for such a great and HONEST price...I will most assuredly recommend and be using this company again!!!!

It was a great experience. this review is an after the fact review just to let everyone know that Larry continued to take care of us during the last year. Lightning shut us down and he went the extra mile to get us up and running last year as well as taking care of some small stuff. He came immediately or set up timely appointments. This is a GREAT business!!!!!

Larry checked things out said my unit was NOT low on Freon but needed a capacitor on the blower motor and replaced pitted contactor.He gave me a break on the price(around $370 other places)because he felt like I got a raw deal before.Pretty nice I thought! Larry said when I replaced my unit he would like to give me a bid.I will of course go to him first.You can't beat honesty.Oh by the way it was getting late when I called Larry he stayed until I was cooling again(gotta love this guy).GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They responded and fixed the air conditioner the same day I called. Everything went perfectly.

We found Wright Brothers on Angie's List and called them after getting a quote from another company for over $1000 MORE than this. The other company recommended both attic units be raised even though we were only having trouble with the pan in one of them. We were pleasantly surprised to hear Wright Brothers say nothing about the second unit. Todd & Cody were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. What really sealed the deal for us was when we had them out again last week for another (unrelated) issue we were having and they didn't even charge us. Todd said he didn't really do anything/provide any information we didn't already know so didn't feel comfortable charging us. Now THAT is what made me write this review and what will keep us coming back. Not to mention telling our neighbors.

Larry came to the house to give me an estimate on a new heating/AC system. After he had given me an estimate on a regular system or a heat pump he asked if he could see the duct system. A lot of the insulation, etc. around the duct work had disintegrated. Larry explained the importance of having the duct work replaced and gave me an estimate on having the work done. I was impressed that Larry asked to see the duct work as no one had ever mentioned to me that the duct work needed to be replaced. After getting several estimates Larry had the best price. Larry was very accommodating about finding a day that would work with my schedule. The day before he came early in the morning to measure how much duct work he would need and for me to sign the papers. He scheduled coming so early so I could go to work. The next day the crew came early and stayed late in order to get the job done in one day. Everyone was very courteous and had a great work ethic. They were very thorough in cleaning up when they were finished and gave me instructions on the new digital thermostat they installed. I am very pleased with the new heat pump and very happy with the job that was done. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

Larry called ahead to let me know he was on his way but 10-15 minutes late. Not a big deal since I had taken the day off. When he arrived, he listened closely as I listed the symptoms and he quickly pointed out a few possible issues. We walked through the house and checked out both indoor units. He hooked up his gauges to the outdoor condenser unit and his first theory was correct, low freon. He quoted me the price before going forward with the work. He offered a few more services but pointed out they weren't necessary. Total repair time was about an hour including testing the temp differential to make sure the A/C was once again cooling.

Fixed the problem quickly and offered a solution to keep it from happening in the future.

Todd and Cody were very helpful. They showed me what which parts were wearing and which needed replacement. By the time they left, my house was 5 degrees cooler than when they came. They were thorough and did not rush. I ended up purchasing a yearly plan to have them come out this fall/winter and gave them a referral.

Larry went above and beyond to find a solution for our air return problem, which had caused mold in our prior heat pump unit. They arrived on schedule and worked diligently to complete the job. I was highly impressed with their customer service, responsiveness, professionalism and overall work ethic.

Larry gave me a detailed estimate, showed me what needed to be done.Workers were prompt and professional. They cleaned up a big mess left by the original construction crew.

Highly professional. Since ours was preventive maintenance and not an emergency, they asked for and received a little leeway on a service date. A system that's down takes priority, and if our system ever breaks, we fully expect that they would drop all PM work and repair system. Good people.

The professional look and function of the install was amazing. The attention to the smallest detail resulted in a very nice looking unit install both inside and on the outside. The inside was done very well and they even redid the structure holding the unit to insure a solid install. On the outside the lines going from the unit into the house was neatly routed, sealed and the finish on the house looks like it belongs. Very Good!!! And it is cooling and heating better than I can remember any unit in this house ever doing!!!

Overall, our experience with Wright Bros. was such a good one we will call them with all our HV/AC needs.

There is nothing worse than hitting a hot weekend in Texas and have your 13 year old air handler for the second floor finally kick the bucket. No, what's worse is when the AC/Heating guy that's been faithfully servicing the unit for 13 years retires and you're faced with a desperate situation with no obvious options. I've been using Angie's List for the past several years and have been very fortunate when relying on member reviews to find great service so I turned here again and found Wright Brothers. I spoke to Larry Wright who was going to send a team out to just perform a Spring Service check on both of my heat pump systems and see what they might uncover. What was uncovered was a messy leak in the second floor inside air handler. I was only charged for the service check on the downstairs system and Larry called me with several options. Knowing I was preparing the house to be sold, he took into consideration the least expensive option (just replace a coil for $1400) to an entire system replacement to the new refrigerant type ($4000 for inside and out). I chose an option to replace the inside air handler that included a 10 year warranty and was quickly put in their schedule. Although it took all day, the team was very careful in my house by laying down tarps everywhere. They cleaned and vaccumed when they were finished and Larry explained what all had to be done. I'm moving out of their service area but will highly recommend them to the new house owners as the best service for these systems!

We hired Wright Brothers to replace an aging AC unit at our home. Larry provided us with several bids and oversaw all the work that was done. We received a fair price and the work that was done was very high quality. I would highly recommend using Wright Brothers for any AC & Heating needs.

They were unbelievable great. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond. They completely repaired and repainted the door to the attic without having to.

I needed an annual service check on the heat pump. They checked all parts of the heat pump unit. They got up in the attic, as well as checking inside the house. They found the relay contactor was bad, which explained why the fan was running at all times. They did not have the part with them, but located one,pick it up and replaced it.The system was up and running properly. Todd and Adam were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and explained them in layman's terms. These guys were great!
