Although I did not receive services from Wright Brothers, they were able to assist me in resolving my a/c problem. The staff I spoke with was very professional and responsive to my situation. On their recommendation, I contacted another service provider who was able to come to my home the same day to fix my a/c. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely contact them in the future if the need arises.

Two very nice young men showed up on time and did a routine inspection and check up of both the inside and outside parts of the air conditioning system. Wright Brothers installed the system three or four years ago and I was late getting it checked, but I am good at changing the filter on time and all went well. These two young men were very friendly, capable and competent, just like their boss, Larry Wright. I trust this company and highly recommend them. The service call went so smoothly that the guys had extra time and checked their numbers again.

If I were to describe the perfect service provider, it would be Wright Brothers. The level of professionalism and pride in workmanship is unmatched. Larry Wright, the owner, arrived promptly for the appointment to provide an estimate. Given the AC units were so old (30 yrs +) and the labels barely legible, Larry called the manufacturer verify the sizes. To ensure the system was properly sized, he measured each room in my home. Each time he entered the home, he put on shoe covers (without being asked). I appreciated this so much, as I don?t wear shoes in the house and am bit of a clean freak. He provided an all-inclusive estimate and was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. One furnace and one AC unit were to be replaced on the first day, and the other furnace and AC unit on another day. On the first date of installation, Larry and his team arrived on time. The team worked so efficiently, it was evident that they had lots of experience working together. The team is comprised of direct employees, not contracted labor, so each team member was proficient and courteous. They worked tirelessly in the hot attic for over ten hours on each day, only breaking briefly for lunch. They hung the furnaces for better efficiency, installed new coils and drip plans for protection in the event of a leak in the attic. During the installation, Larry and his team even repaired duct work and cleaned up the mess left by the contractor that I had used to remodel my home. (The ductwork was kinked restricting air flow, and one section was left disconnected.) He removed the massive amount of unused duct and trash left by the remodeling contractor by carrying the debris down from the attic and hauling it away. He even tied all the new and existing duct work, resulting in a much neater and safer attic. The AC units were replaced with new concrete platforms, and they installed new programmable thermostats. Each day that they left, they cleaned up and swept the garage ? it was much cleaner after they left than when they arrived. After installation, Larry even registers the products with the manufacturer for you. So the downside? How will I ever find another service provider that exceeds every expectation like Wright Brothers has?

I called Wright Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating last week to schedule service for our existing units because our current provider did not provide a specific date & time. I spoke with the owner, Larry Wright and he asked for my availability for service and confirmed the appointment for the following week. This morning his team was on time and were very professional. I appreciate that they called me when they were 15 minutes out prior to their arrival AND gave me a follow up call when they were done. They will be my resource for any services needed in the future. I am very please with my experience and highly recommend Wright Brothers Heating & Air.

Larry and his team were extremely professional. He explained in detail what was the real issue behind the disappointing performance of my downstairs unit -- the airflow. And that even replacing the entire unit with a more expensive larger one wouldn't improve things until the airflow/intake/duct situation was improved. These guys seem to be straight shooters who actually enjoy solving problems. They are clearly NOT salespeople -- which I very much appreciate.

Arrived on time, very professional, checked everything very thoroughly, explained in detail what the problem was.

My air conditioner was not efficient and on it's last summer. I was fully informed of all options for repair or replace the air conditioner as well as all costs. I decided on a larger Lennex unit and programmable thermostat. Larry Wright and Company made sure my old unit worked over the next week until the new unit could be installed. He was in touch with me several times over that week to make sure the house was cool and comfortable. I couldn't be home on the day the new unit was installed but I had NO hesitation in leaving Wright Brothers alone to make entire installation. They have proven to be extremely trustworthy and a delight to do business with.

Excellent service, technician, Adam, was professional and competent. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He kept me informed of what was happening and all cost so there were no surprises. He called me when he was on his way so I could meet him. I am extremely pleased with Wright Brothers Air Conditioning service.

I have used Wright Brothers two other times in the past, once for an Air Conditioner problem and once for a furnace checkup. All 3 times they have be great. Very polite, professional and concerned about doing a good job

We've been burned by others these guys are top notch!

They showed up as sheduled. Went right to work taking out old unit and installing new unit. Kept me advised of their progress and answered any questions I had as it all went along. They cleaned up when they were done and gave me a good synopsis of the new controls and tips on getting the best out of the unit. Very satisfying people to work with.

I called because I recently bought a home and during the home inspection the inspector noted that there was flame deviation in the furnace. I wanted a professional to check it out and see if there was anything wrong with it. I told Larry all of this and he could have confirmed what the inspector had said and I would have gotten a new one. However its great knowing the honesty, there was nothing physically wrong that a new fan won't fix and eventually he recommended I get a larger one for the home. I will definitely use them again.

Great!! I got several bids and Larry not only performed the most comprehensive check of our system but also came in with the lowest bid. His professionalism was unequalled and his suggestions were very helpful.

Everything went well. They were very professional and courteous. I was not home when the repair occurred, but they talked me through it on the phone. They forgot to give me the Angie's list discount, and they called me back to tell me. I would have forgot about it. They promptly mailed me a check for the discount. Thanks again.

They replaced my smaller upstairs unit a few years ago and it works great. The older downstairs unit was acting up. They tried to fix it and came out after hours and weekends to keep it running until owner could come back from an emergency trip. They came out and installed on New Years Eve to be sure I could get the IRS tax credit in 2013. They have been a great company to work with these last two years and they really appreciate their Angie's List customers! They take the extra effort to be courteous, limit disruption in the household, and get the job done in one day and right the first time. I highly recommend them. I've now used them to replace both HVAC systems in the house and they work great!

I called up Wright Brothers AC because all the reviews on Angieslist had the same message to me, they are reliable and not just out to sell you a new system or maintenance contract. I called on a Monday and an appointment was setup for Wednesday even though it was a holiday. No extra charge. They explained up front that there was a service charge and my Angieslist membership had a coupon that would save me some $$. The technicians, Adam and Cody, arrived exactly on time. They knocked first instead of ringing the bell. This may not seem a big deal, but my dogs did not go nuts as a result. Yay! They were happy to let me introduce the dogs so we did not have have barking frenzy. I showed them where everything was and they got to work. They were really quiet. They determined that I had a bad 'fan cap'. They explained in very precise details what the part was and why it kept the heat from working. They gave me a price and swept up a bit of debris and we were done in an hour. I am very happy with this service. There was no trying to sell me anything but exactly what was needed. Since my units are older, I am sure I will be calling up Wright Bros as needed in the future.

We've used Wright Bros. A/C and Heating in the past and have always been more than happy with their work and their fees. The same was true today when they repaired our heating unit. Technicians Adam and Cody arrived on time and were very professional. The techs, along with owner Larry Wright spent over 2 hours to inspect and repair the unit. Larry always takes the time to explain what the problem is and what is needed to get it fixed. It's sure great to have a warm house again!!

The owner, Larry Wright, came to my home and gave me several detailed estimates to replace the unit. He explained each option in a way that I understood. Larry informed me he would be with his crew to complete the intallation. I told him about a drainage problem that I had been having and the cost to have it blown out by another air & heating company. He knew immediately what the problem was and that it could be fixed. The other company told me there was nothing that could be done. Larry and his crew did the repair when installing the new unit. Larry and his crew were professtional and courteous during the installation. I highly recommend Wright Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating.

This company was topnotch! They were a good team of clearly seasoned, honest, professional men who knew their air condition systems inside and out. We had to replace the air conditioner for our upstairs and while they were here, we had them overhaul the entire system. They were very good about pointing out items that needed to be replaced and items that just needed to be cleaned and refurbished. They explained exactly what needed to be done and took my husband all around the attic with them so he could understand what was needed. When it was time to do the work, they came early in the morning and stayed all day and even into the evening to get the job done in one visit. The house is now marvelously cool upstairs and down and we expect to see a reduction in our power bill. We are very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this company to everyone who needs some a/c work done.

Yet again, Larry Wright and his employees were extremely professional and helpful. I had requested a quote from Larry for a remodeling project months ago (around December 2012). Due to some personal delays on his side, it took a very long time to get the estimate from Larry. As an apology he offered to service our A/C systems in the spring. I forgot about it but in April or May received a call from Larry to make good on his offer. It was extremely professional and unnecessary but greatly appreciate and typical of the service you receive from him and his team.

I bought my house a year ago and during the buying inspection the inspector pointed out the HVAC unit was a 4 ton system and probably undersized for the house (2400 sq ft). Also the furnace, compressor and coil were all different manufacture years. So when my system stopped working rather than replace only the leaking coil I decided to replace the entire 10 - 12 year old system. I found Wright bros on Angie?s list and gave them a call. Before Larry came out I did some research and decided I wanted a two-stage system, supposedly the most energy efficient systems on the market. When Larry arrived he began asking questions about the house; the square footage; whether there were hot or cold spots; and the size of the current system. Since I wasn't 100% sure of the square footage Larry took the time to measure all the rooms in the house. His measurements confirmed the 2400 sq ft and the current system was undersized for the house. When I told Larry I wanted a two-stage system he was adamant about not needing a two-stage system and saying he'd been in this business for 20 plus years and a single-stage was all I needed. Against his own judgment Larry emailed me a quote for a two-stage system. I do purchasing for a living and always get multiple quotes for any work. So I called five more Angies list "A" rated HVAC companies. Of those, two of the quotes I threw right in the trash. The first never asked a question; just read the specification numbers on the current system and quoted a direct replacement for the existing 4 ton system (undersized). The second, asked questions wrote down numbers on a sheet of paper, on what I thought was going to be the quote, and then wrote a dollar amount on a business card for a quote. Of the remaining three; one was high in price and another one the price was high and I didn?t get a good feeling about the company. The last company was very thorough and professional and would have chosen them if Wright bros didn?t come through. After reviewing the quotes I did some further research and found that two-stage systems are really most advantageous in areas with high humidity, like coastal areas. I called Larry back and told him I wanted a single-stage system and gave him the specs for that system. Larry emailed a quote for the equipment I wanted and I signed the quote. Two things sold me on Wright bros, Larry was the only one that said a single stage system was all I needed and reading about eternal comfort on their website. The installation went well. It took 16 hours to remove the existing system and install the new one. They also installed new plenums and lines leading into the plenums. Also installed was a new line-set from the compressor to the coil. Several of the other HVAC guys didn?t even notice this would need to be replaced. Even though it was almost midnight by the time they finished, Larry took the time to go over the system and explain the operation of the new programmable thermostat.

Techs worked hard to get to me before the house heated up too much (weather helped a lot!) since I had pets that I would have had to find other accommodations for if they showed too late. Thus they showed in the AM. They didn't try to inflate the bill with unnecessary work and they likewise didn't try to hard-sell me on a new unit despite the age of my current one (30 years). Quite pleased with them.

The owner fielded my phone call, and called back to schedule an appointment that would meet my availability. He had his service team call when they were on their way, and they arrived when they said they would. The team had the part on the truck and had my airconditioner was working within 30 minutes. They were both polite, professional and well groomed. I will use Wright brothers again.
