We believe that honesty is the best policy in the service and repair business and the basis for long term relationships with our customers. Our experienced, uniformed technicians are trained to look for and report potential problems on an ongoing basis. We also randomly inspect weekly service pools to assure your quality of service. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Just let us know within 48 hours of cleaning that you were not satisfied, and we will re-clean your pool at no charge. Repairs are our specialty. We are committed to providing superior repair services, taking into account not only the immediate problem, but also the future serviceability of the work. The result is less potential for future failure and less time spent on future repairs.

I am very pleased with the job they did. With the inclement weather in the area over the past few weeks, service had been delayed. University Pools maintained open lines of communication every step of the way from start to finish, and made sure the work was done as soon as possible.
