I was quoted $125.00 but he said it was so dirty the price went to $400.00. And his car/van had no sign on it. And as soon as he arrived he asked to use the bathroom. He said next year it would be free! We shall see.

They called to see about coming a couple hours earlier than time scheduled which was great for me. The rep was very professional and courteous and explained everything he was going to do prior to doing the work. Great results with cleaning the chimney. I would definitely recommend this company for chimney cleaning and inspections.

Very knowledgeable they were prompt right on time. They took the time to check everything out and to explain the process to make sure I understood what was taking place. Great customer service from the technician. And the owner of the business called to check and made sure everything went well. Very impressive. I would give them a 5 star recommendation. The gentleman that came to clean was polite but had a strong accent and it was hard to understand him. He had to borrow my ladder to inspect the top of the chimney.

Refuse to refund the difference.Owner of company is rude and has no customer service skills. He called me a lier and kept saying the money is not his to return. They only cleaned 5 feet of my chimney when it's a 25 ft. high chimney. Will never hire them again.

"This is very disrespectful of you, I never called you a liar and actually had my secretary call you to schedule a redo to come and review job and invoice but you refused. It's funny how suddenly you revised your review and rating after i requested to come and inspect what was done before I'm issuing a refund, I actually stated I DON'T WANT money which doesn't belong to me and if refund is in place refund will be done. Although you singed all necessary documentation and approved amount and your satisfaction I understand your concern and still willing to send a supervisor to your house as customer service is very important for me. Don't hesitate to call us any time if you do like us to come and address your issues, thank you for your feedback and have a great day."

They were very thorough and extremely personable. My house had no furniture in it yet when they cleaned the ducts. It was a pretty dirty business (glad I'm not breathing that stuff). I would not have wanted to clean the dust off of a full house of furniture. I don't recall the process being quite so messy when I had this done years ago in CT. Overall, a positive experience.

This was for a dryer vent cleaning. They quoted me $99 (which was very reasonable) for a basic service but then attempted to charge me an additional $199 for a thorough cleaning (interior to exterior). The consensus seemed to be for truly a basic cleaning from inside only (although this is very debatable). When I grumbled at the new price, they lowered it to $100 for a total of $199. This still seemed high, but we needed it done and it was within $50 of the last time we did it (which was only 2 years prior and the vents were already in bad shape making me question the previous job done). I do want to emphasize the 2 young men who came were very courteous and professional (although they did leave more of a mess than my wife would've liked). The quality of the work seems top notch and the dryer is drying again.

Recently purchased a home in Corinth, wanted to be certain the fireplace was safe to use. They videoed both the chimney and dryer vent and showed me the build up in both. Very glad I had them come out to take care of this as both were unsafe to use due to the previous owners neglect.
