In a word - "outstanding." Having fired Molly Maids this morning, I was in the market for a new cleaning service and could not be happier with Supermaids. I was able to schedule same-day service with a great cleaning team - Jackie and Melissa - who showed up on time, spoke English as a native language, and could not have been more pleasant or professional. We spent about 20 minutes initially going over the house from room to room and discussing what was to be done, what my preferences were, and what kinds of cleaners they recommended to be used on the various surfaces. Once that was done, the "girls" got down to work and scrubbed nonstop for over 2 hours. When they were done, the house literally gleamed. Jackie is a self-professed OCD cleaner, and wasn't satisfied until every surface, appliance, mirror, even the glass in the doors was sparkling clean. Owner Guy Houston was a pleasure to talk with, learn about his services, and discuss pricing. He also could not have been more friendly or professional. You can keep the large corporate franchise cleaning services - Supermaids is a local family-owned business and that makes a huge difference in how they treat customers. I thank Molly Maids for their poor service and broken promises, or I might not have found Supermaids!
