Four Seasons Sunrooms - Dallas

Worker was late everyday, spent most of the time smoking in truck, and had an excuse for everything to be done.

Worst experience I had. Supposed to be small project to enclose a covered patio. Supposed to take 3/4 days and 6 to 8 weeks for materials to come from NY. Our 1st meeting was cancelled due to General Manager JP Bains “car trouble “. I literally had to request continuously to come and finish the project. I had to involve the Corporate higher up to expedite the work. Also he tried to use materials not listed in the brochure. Again had to involve the higher up to get the right materials. Workmanship was OK. I will never involve Four Seasons Sunrooms any more

Signed contract in July 2016 and project finally started in November 2016 after several requests to have project completed before the holidays. After several issues with this project it was finally completed April 2016. We had roof leaks and shingle damage after the install on the sunroom and they had to address this three times to correct it. There was a discrepancy between the gutters and trim color which was created during the contract phase due to inadequate explanation by the sales rep. We finally got this corrected however incurred additional expense that was split between us. I also experience poor communication as well . I had to initiate all communications. I ended up calling my main roofer who had to correct part of the leakage causing me additional expense of $200.00.

Four Seasons responded to my inquiry immediately. Our home was damaged in a hailstorm and the sunroom was destroyed. They were able to work with our insurance company and are in the process of replacing it from top to bottom with a quality product. We have been treated professionally and with respect and look forward to completion. At that time I hope to change my review to 5 stars!

They were great! A little slow on getting material, but once they started they completed job in 2 days. The material was excellent. Todd the installer enjoys his work!

He did a beautiful job for us. He had the materials dropped off, when he came to do the work, it was a one man, cleaned up everyday. It was quality work, made sure that is was water proofed, we live in our sun room.
