Getting them there on time was an issue, both for the estimate and the job. But the serviceman was courteous, identified the problem and fixed what needed to be fixed - and nothing else (which is what I wanted). I was pleased with the service I received.

Courteous, timely, competitve, did a great job. Only thing that would have been nice would be to toss out all the trash. The important thing is they got the old water heater out and did not destroy anything.

They were professional completed the work efficiently. One of the issues was that the garbage disposal was not working, and although they needed to come twice ti appears as though the disposal is at the end of its life, which they cannot be blamed for. The second visit was complimentary seeing as it was a "follow-up" visit on work completed.

Dean's plumbing was able to schedule appt on the morning I called about my leaky toilet. Their office called to let me know that the plumber was running late. Plumber came by to fix toilet but it was still leaking a little a day later. Plumber returned to fix it and now it's working perfectly. Job was handled very professionally.

Very quick to get out and give us a quote and were very thorough in quoting - some companies I spoke with just estimated over the phone, but Deans came out to see exactly what was required, then gave a reliable and reasonable quote. They took care of the permit, inspection organizing etc. I liked the guy that came out for the estimate a lot - he gave us his cell number to call anytime with any follow up questions, and even answered them at 9pm at night! I wasn't as happy with the guy that actually did the work as he didn't communicate much so we had no idea what was going on, but he was competent enough.

Communicated well on schedule, came as planned, fixed problem and stated they were willling to come back again and waive charge if fix didn't work. Can't ask for much more. Also, very pleasant in office and in field.

Ronnie did an excellent job at a fair rate. We discussed Dean's plumbing coming back to fix a problem with an overflow leak in the upstairs drain. I will be calling after the holidays. You guy's ROCK! Keep up the great service.

Very nice to work with. Was helpful with other problems. Gave short notice was going to be a few hours late. Not sure he is very skilled with propane. I had to re-ignite the pilots on my hot water heaters. Not sure he was aware this needed to be done. Didn't do a good job of getting things back the way they were. They were good plumbers for a small job they helped me with.
