I found my self in a bind with tenants that would not pay rent. I sent a few inquiries out, and Butler Property Management was the first to respond. My experience with this company so far has been outstanding! I was meet at my property by friendly staff to do a walk through, once I took care of some cosmetic issues the property was immediately listed. I was excited that my property was leased within 10 days of listing! I didn't have to worry about a thing, the Property Management company handled everything (listing the property, doing a background check on potential tenants, collecting rent and deposits, and repairs [if needed]). I live out of state what a relief!

They are really solid. Everything we've asked for they given us. Their office has been really good in making sure that my maintenance requirement got done and follow up. They haven't fallen flat and actually they did exceed my expectations. Their pricing is more than competitive because I was with another company for 20 years and these guys are better on their price and it’s like apples to apples you know charge them a little bit for this and little less for that. I feel that they're a better bargain. The matter of fact we have recommended them to somebody else.

We are a tenant in a property managed by Butler Property Company. We have been pleased with their response time to handle our request, they are easy to get in touch with when needed, and they always send out professional and friendly maintenance personal. They have been the most professional and responsive management company we have had experience with. My wife and I are saving up to buy a home and look forward to also using one of Butlers Realtors to help us find our home when we are ready.

Will Butler and his team are an outstanding group of real estate professionals. I have worked with them for the past few months since they have taken over management of the 4-plex property I have. Will met me out at the property to take a look, give a quote, and hand over the paperwork. He was polite even though I gave him plenty of reason not to be, arriving 45 minutes late! I enjoyed his story of becoming a self-made realtor by putting in honest work from an early age. A few other issues came up at the beginning of our relationship and he was always willing to work out a reasonable agreement and offer advice from his experience in the industry. I don?t know about the full breadth of his businesses, but he seems to succeed in whatever he puts his mind to, which does not surprise me at all. I have worked with his assistant Alexandra in day-to-day operations of my property since beginning our relationship and she is always on top of things. When a tenant needed a new appliance, she shopped around to several different places to find me the best deal. The same was true for sending the handy-man out to do some small fixes to one of the units. I spoke with one of my tenants (I managed the property myself before hiring Butler) and the tenant said Alexandra was a pleasure to work with and that they were planning to remain at the property for the foreseeable future. If you are like me and debating whether or not to hire a management company: stop. Butler Property will remove all of that stress and leave plenty of room to see return on your investment.

They are always available and easy to work with - would recommend for small residential properties and rentals.

Butler Prop. was prof. from beginning to end. Provided prompt, excellent services. Managed all rental transactions with perfection. i got what I wanted for leasing condo. Very pleased.

They have provided excellent service. I haven't used them very long but the quality of their work has been very good so far. They have taken care of some things for me in a professional manner. They are very quick to respond.
