+ 0 moreWe received a written proposal and change orders for any revisions before any work was done, so there was clear communication on work to be performed and on cost. We had to wait several months before they could start either project, builders started on the day they promised, and in both cases, finished on or before the stated completion date. They were clean, congenial (important as we "lived" with them for 3 months each time) and accommodating. The work was excellent in both cases, exceptional attention to detail and quality. In fact, I didn't even bother to bid out the second project, as I was so happy with their work on the first. On the bidding for our first project, they were priced in the middle, and their proposal was thorough, detailed and fair. Subcontractors were professional. Very high recommendation!
Description of Work: This company has done 2 major renovations for us in 2 homes, both included brand new kitchens. Built an addition/kitchen in 1998 and renovated kitchen/dining room, plus finished basement in the other.
