Ductless Mini-split Heating System - Install or Replace

After a terrible experience with another company that misdiagnosed my one-year-old Minisplit compressor as having 'toasted' electronic boards (with a $2,000 parts + labor quote and a refusal to install my warranty-covered replacements), I was incredibly frustrated. They even suggested I replace the entire system for $12,000! Finding a company willing to work on a Minisplit and install my own parts proved challenging. After 5 or 6 rejections, "One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ellis County" was a breath of fresh air. They immediately agreed to help and sent a team the next day. The technicians quickly identified and fixed a problem with the electric line feeding the unit. Once power was restored, my supposedly broken compressor worked perfectly! I also had a great experience with Kortling and Brian. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend this company. Excellent service and truly our heroes!! At 5pm on Saturday we noticed our air conditioner was not cooling. After calling about 7 companies I had given up, no one was available. Then One hour Heating & Air/Ellis County contacted us through a rep. at Angi. The HVAC company promised a tech could be at my house by 7pm. We needed a hero, and Herb came through, found and fixed the problem by 7:30 pm on the same Saturday night!! Thankyou so much!!
