We offered you a discount to repair your springs, but you wanted them for free. Unfortunately Welborn Garage Doors, or any garage door company can not know the exact moment a spring will break. We as a company also can not give our products and services away for free, or not for long. As stated before, all we can do is remove the rollers and refund the cost of the rollers, as for refunding the "cost" of sending a someone under warranty, there wasn't a fee charged to you for warranty work.
