Village Green serves the north side of the DFW area. North Dallas. Richardson, Garland. Plano. Farmers Branch. Allen. McKinney. Frisco. We will honor Angie's List coupons outside our area, but for the most part our customers are in the cities I listed."
"This is Ken Hyatt, President and Founder of Village Green. I'd like to tell our side of this review story. This member is in Duncanville which is well out of our service area. It is nearly an hour from our shop. But since AL sent the coupon, we honored it. Our technician did the sprinkler check, recommended some repairs and offered to do them while he was there (but explained that we couldn't make a second trip because of the how far they are outside of our area.) The member declined the repairs."

It is company policy to call (or email) before a visit because we want to find out if the customer has any pets and/or if their gates are locked. If we had known this member wanted a call before, we would have been happy to do so. I think we may have simply failed to ask this time (and that is something that is usually cleared up on our second visit.) I appreciate this member taking the time to provide this feedback on our business."
