I chose Village Green because of their proximity to my home and because of the many A ratings in Angie's List. I found their website on Saturday, when they were closed, and sent them an email. Charlie called me Monday morning and said they could be here by mid-afternoon. He and Hugo arrived at 2:51 and commenced working. They discovered that large tree roots had broken the line and had to be chopped out. I asked them to replace a nearby valve while they were here. When finished,  they replaced the sod and picked up the tree root pieces and other trash. They presented me a bill at 5:15 and had already deducted the $20 Angies List coupon before I mentioned it. I would use them again and highly recommend the company.

I hired Village Green to do bi-weekly lawn service. My initial contact with the owner was very plesant. Their price, at $25, was a fair one considering the size of my lawn (note: this does not include edging). The owner and employee were very professional with one exception: punctuality. They basically come on what ever date suits them regardless of your scheduled time. I have used several lawn services and they all seem to lack time management, but at twenty five dollars you get what you pay for.
I have had better lawn services when it comes to the actual work, but not in customer service.

They are very reliable and have great pricing. They also offer excellent recommendations.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional.  I took advantage of a discount that was offered at the time.  I may not have even paid $75.00, but I know it wasn't over that.  I would definitely have them do more work for me.

I have been using them for a couple of months.  I have a very small yard and they just do the perimeter of the house, not what's inside the fence.  They do a good job.  They are always on time.  They do it the same day every week.  I have no complaints.

Everything went smoothly. They walked through the sprinkler system zone by zone and pointed out what they found. They made all of the fixes (nothing major came up) on the spot. The rain/freeze sensor was installed painlessly and has been working well. They even pointed out a few things to watch in the future. I was pleased.

The installation went very smoothly, clean up was great, good instructions on settings and use of the controller. The sytem has worked flawlessly for several years.  Good follow-up by Village Green.

I chose them according to the different people’s comments on Angie’s List. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were easy to work with and explained everything. They did what they said they were going to do.

We have been using them for over 5 years. Never have  had any problems.

The crew they sent out was very quick and did it within the prescribed time period.  They were a little expensive on the labor portion but we had an Angie's List coupon so that helped.  I had a small problem afterwards and they came back and corrected that item within a couple of days.

Charlie and his team were great - very professional, responsive and thorough. Would not only recommend them but would also use them again.

Charlie was very prompt, courteous, friendly and professional.  The first day that he came out, he determined the problem with our system, and then talked to me about replacement options.  I felt that he provided his honest, professional opinion, and did not try to sway me to just pick the most expensive system with all the bells and whistles.  I appreciated the fact that, when I did not end up choosing the more expensive controller, he again did not try to influence my decision, or make me feel like an idiot because of my choice.  When he returned to install the control box, he demonstrated the same high quality service, and fixed the problem in a timely manner.  He tested the system, found a few minor problems that he promptly fixed, and the instructed me on how to use my new system.  He also completed all the initial programming for me.  I was extremely pleased with the services that were provided, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
