The Grout Doctor

The quoted price was honored. The workers Donald and Robert arrived on time and worked diligently all day. There was a strip of grouting left undone in the master toilet closet due to some confusion as to whether that was part of the original quote. After talking with Clayton Householder (the owner) he agreed that that work should have been completed. So he immediately sent the two workers back out and they completed the job at no extra cost. So this is an honest and trustworthy business who gets the job done. The tile in my shower went from dingy, dark and stained to gleaming white. The difference is stunning. My recommendation to you the customer is to ask them what color grout they would recommend since they have lots of experience with doing these jobs.

Tech was on time, went over what was going to happen. Completed the work efficiently and quickly. Arrived early, great one I had. A1 job.

He made it beautiful. He was very straightforward. He even came back when we needed to do the little project.

Vendor was quick to respond to my inquiries and was on-time for the estimate and work appointments. 
The vendor was able to match the color of the existing grout very closely. The laying of the product was not done evenly and the cosmetic look is not very good.
However, I have since noticed that they replaced the grout with a rubberized caulk made to look like grout and it is already failing in some areas. . I paid to have grout replaced with grout not some cheap caulk. 

Great job.  I asked for a temporary fix because I had company arriving in  a few days.  He told me what I needed to do for a permanent fix.  Of course it is still working, he really knows his stuff.

We are preparing our house for sale and needed to "fix up" the tile in our kitchen and three bathrooms.
The only negative I can mention is that it took Ken a couple of days to return my call, but once he called on Saturday morning he was able to be out that afternoon to give us an estimate.
He seemed very honest when he described the cause of the crack line in the grout in the kitchen. He told us he could not warrant that because it will probably re-crack in the future. The only long term fix would require all new tile since our existing tile is no longer available.
Even though we had three baths which needed work he did not try to "oversell" our needs.
His estimate was for $1,100. ($100 for the kitchen, $250 for two of the baths, and $500 for the master show which was the only one which needed a full re-grout.)
It would be a two day job.
He was able to schedule us for the next Tuesday which was a pleasant surprise.
Donald came out on Tuesday and was very professional and polite. (I don't remember when I heard so many "sirs" and "ma'ams."
The work was completed in two days as promised.
He left a fan with us to run on the showers overnight to make sure they were dry.

They were professional and did a great job. I would recommend their service.

The Grout Dr was fantastic to work with. The estimator was on time and very personable, making excellent recommendations to achieve what we wanted. He selected the perfect match for our original grout. The actual man who did the work was also on time. He was very professional and efficient. The job was done perfectly - exactly as expected - and looks wonderful. The glass is soon much easier to clean and looks spotless every time. We will definitely call them when it's time to re-seal the tile floors in this and other bathrooms and would definitely recommend them.

Got my shower and kitchen counter tops fixed. I was very pleased with the service from getting the estimate to scheduling the appointment to having the work done. The guy performing the work was very nice and quite informative. I would definitely use this company again!

Owner nice guy. Personable and did what was asked of him.

Removing the film was teadious and hard work but his staff did an excellent job of getting it up. He suggested that once the tile and grout was cleaned that I use a grout paint product that would allow my grout to retain the clean finish and not get the dirty appearance that usually comes with normal wear and tear. It was a great suggestion and worth every dollar spent.  It has been a little over a year since he did my floors and they remain beautiful.  The grout paint product is an excellent option for homes with a large amount of tile flooring.

I saw the referral on FaceBook and called Ken Powell for an estimate.  He was quick to respond and came by that afternoon.  He spent time explaining to me the system they use and suggested that we clean, dye and seal shower grout rather than remove the old grout and replace it all. 
Robert, Donald, Colin and Josh did a masterful job!  Donald  went to great lengths to perfectly match the floor stain color I was looking for.  All these  men worked diligently, were professional and respectful of our home.  They did not rush the work even though the job lasted 1/2 day longer than estimated.  
If you are contemplating any type of grout work in your home, do yourself a favor and call these guys.  You will not be disappointed in the results.
I also appreciated the call from owner Ken Powell, after the job was completed, thanking us for our business.  

Collin came out to give a quote and the work was scheduled for the following week.  Two technicians, Robert and Donald, were dispatched to do the work.  Both arrived on time and physically worked hard through the first day until the work of scraping the old grout was complete.  They did not leave until satisfied with their progress and stayed until after 7PM.  Collin came in during the day to check on their progress and even pitched in a bit.  Robert and Donald returned early the next morning to complete the regrout and sealing.  Very satisfied with the work and the workers.  Showers look great.

We were very impressed by the professionalism of this company.  They returned our first call quickly and set up an appointment for an estimate the next day.  Then after we decided we wanted them to do the job, they set up an appointment for a few days later.  They called before they came out that morning and showed up when expected.  They did a very good job, removing and replacing several broken tiles, and restaining our old grout.  They also gave us a senior citizen's discount.  We're very pleased and will recomment them.

Called to put new grout in shower - removed old grout. Used them once before and was extremely pleased.

The service provided was fast and well done.  They were able to salvage the exisiting tiles (including the ones that came off during the process).  As a result, shower looks like new!

The service provided was excellent. They worked for two full days (twenty hours) and completed everything requested.  The quality of service was perfect and they performed the work like artists of the trade.  Extremely happy!  Would highly recommend them to all.
