"[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry for our poor performance on your roofing needs. We had it down mistakenly as Plano, not Mesquite. Our Bad! I'm sure the holiday weekend contributed to the failure to get back to you. Again, no excuse."
"Thanks, [Member Name Removed] for the kind words. It was a pleasure working with you guys."
"[Member Name Removed], thanks a lot for the positive review. We work ho*** ** every job to satisfy our customer's expectations, it's nice to hear from them when we do."
"Thanks, [Member Name Removed]. We strive for satisfied customers!"
"Thanks for letting us know we met your expectations. That's our goal."
"[Member Name Removed], we don't always know when we've been referred by a previous customer. Normally, when someone is interested in receiving a referral fee, they let us know. Believe it or not, most of the referrals we receive are from satisfied customers who want their friends and relatives to be treated fairly and make sure they get ahold of a good contractor. They never ask for a referral fee and we don't know. I'm glad you got your fee and we are happy to pay it. Sorry it took so long"
"Thanks [Member Name Removed] for remembering us when you had another roofing issue, and thanks for the nice review."
"Thanks, [Member Name Removed]. I'm sorry, but I just saw this or I would have responded sooner. It was a pleasure working with you guys!"
"Thanks [Member Name Removed]. I'm glad you were pleased overall."
"I'm sorry things didn't work out to your satisfaction. I hate to admit it, but sometimes we let one slip through the cracks. I'm glad you got your issues taken care of, sorry we couldn't help."
"Thanks, [Member Name Removed]. And thanks for remembering us when you needed more roofing work done. Hope to hear from you again if the need arises."
"Thanks, [Member Name Removed]. Call us any time."
"Thanks, [Member Name Removed]. Sorry I just saw this or I would have gotten back to you sooner. Thanks again for the kind words."
word. One can be only left to think they don't want to do the job. I only wish they would have told me so, rather than waste my time.
"[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you had a negative experience with Texas Star Roofing. You are exactly right, we should have told you we couldn't get to your project right away. As I'm sure you are aware, we have had numerous weather events this fall resulting in huge rainfalls. One of our customers in Garland told me she got 12.5 inches in one of them. This has kept our repair techs scrambling to keep up with the demand. We have a large repair division due to the fact we have been in business for so long and have a reputation for standing behind our work. I apologize, but I have to admit that our techs prioritized putting those with water intrusions into their homes ahead of the projects that didn't. Again, we should have told you we couldn't get to you, and for that I'm sorry."
