I hired Carlos and Walter to sound proof a wall for me and the work was excellent. A significant amount of work was done to the drywall but you can not notice it. The price was very fair for the work done. I would recommend them.

I would like to point out that Carlos and Walter s crew is amazing! They executed our vision and made sure that every detail is done correctly. I mentioned to my friends that the demo phase of this project was the cleanest demo I have ever encountered. And they covered our furniture and bedroom so well. They even had a cleaner come to help maintain the entire first floor. The best out of the already professional and dependable crew is Antonio and George! If you ever want any texture and painting done, this is your crew. They absolutely did an exceptional job at repairing and painting the bathroom walls after the wallpaper and popcorn ceiling was taken down. The quality of work and attention to details were impeccable. It makes me want to re-texture the entire house. I highly recommend this group to anyone that need a bathroom remodeled. Our time line was a little longer than expected but these were due to supplier errors. We are a customer for life!

In addition to what other reviewers have said - I would add that they really do strive to do the best possible job. Like most projects there will be problems and Carlos, Walter and their team will work though the problems until it is done right.

We did a lot of research on our new kitchen. We were going to do counters, backsplash and have our cabinets stained. After reviewing 8-10 contractors we settled in with SPM and couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation until the last piece of trash was removed, they were professional and perfectionists. Carlos & Walter walk you through each step of the process including choosing your own slabs and stain color. Their employees are polite, knowledgeable and experts at their craft. We will be using them again for additional projects around our home as needed. If you are considering doing any sort of remodeling you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least make an appointment with SPM.
