The bearing.. Alex is so respectful and honest. I asked him what he thinks of my garage door and whether or not I should consider buying a new one down the line. His answer”no ma’am, this garage door although old is made out very sturdy material and still has some life to it. Just his straight answer wanted me to get the repair done. Another service man would have upsell me into buying a new door. Thank you

The technician was super knowledgeable and really well-mannered, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The new door looks great, and I can already tell it’s way better insulated.
