Plano Garage Door & Opener

My Genie garage door opener was 26 years old and would no longer open.  I had used Plano Garage Door & Opener a few years ago to repair it.  They were very nice at the office when I called to schedule an appointment.  The first technician that came out was on time and professional.  He determined that it could not be repaired so it had to be replaced.  The next appointment was at 9:00 AM.  The technician arrived at 8:50 AM and had it replaced (all by himself!) at 9:30 AM.  A Liftmaster 3255 was installed.  They are professionals and I would absolutely use them again.  I am very pleased with the service.  I think they are fair and the cost was reasonable.

It was good.

They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and quoted a price.  It took less than an hour.  Job well done.

Gararage door was scary loud; now it's not!

Technician arrived in a timely manner and was a courteous, professional individual.  Work was done quickly and appears to have been done well.  He seemed knowledgable and I learned some new things about our particular door.

Amazing - they were extremely responsive, fast, thorough, and fair.  Coming home from a quick errand, the garage door almost fell off the track and the track was horribly bent.  They were out in a flash, fixed it completely, lubricated the system (so quiet now!!!), and charged us a fair price.

I'd been having trouble with the door not going down on occassion for a couple of days (sometimes it would go down and sometimes it would start going down and then about halfway down go back up). I kept checking the sensors and then seemed to be aligned. They came out and couldn't find anything wrong but I asked them to go ahead and do the service. It has been working fine since then.

When the garage door wouldn't open, I called Plano Garage Door based on the reviews they received. They came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. I'm very happy with their service.

Great experience overall. I contacted the owner Raymond and he came to my home and gave me a quote the same day. Went to the showroom a few days later and selected the product -- approximate 42 feet of custom wrought iron railing with design(scroll) inserted in the middle of each 8' panel. He gave me an estimated time of frabrication and installation of 2 weeks, but it only took him 1 week. Ran into an issue of supporting the posts to the top of the stone retaining wall (issue dealt with type of stone and NOT Plano Garage). After conversing with masons who just completed the wall, it was decided to remove parts of the wall and anchor the posts into the masonry wall (instead of the stone veneer). Raymond's crew worked with the masons and correctly installed the railing. Even though his crew came out multiple times, and Raymond met me multiple times, the original quote was the price I paid. Craftsmanship on the fabrication of the railing is outstanding. Raymond is a great person to work with, and strives to get the job done right. Would use this company again without any reluctance. Also referred this company to a few friends needing fence work.

Called in the morning the they were able to come over the same day. Two guys showed up but one stayed in the truck the whole time texting on his phone (not very professional in my opinion). The second guy was nice and did all the work fairly quickly. I felt it was a little expensive for the amount of time/effort but not too far out of line.

I moved here with in the last year and have realized that I need to receive several bids to truly see the market. I received 7 bids. and in the end it came down to 2 companies. I went with the lower bid and I am so happy I did. I can't say enough how great the job was done. I just kept saying WOW. My son had to put me in check by saying, mom it's just a fence. But it was a true investment on the property and wow did it change the look of the home. We can't be more please with the workmanship, the cost but also how polite the workers were, how respectful the were of my property and when there were any questions they asked to make sure I received what I wanted. I can't speaker more highly of them. It looks beautifuly!

I like them because they were very helpful. They were very efficient. I thought that I just needed a repair and they were able to put a new garage door on the day they came out.

Their response time was phenomenal. It was very surprising in a good way. They are an honest, reasonably priced contractor. I think the best thing about them is their quick response and very good customer service. I highly recommend them.

THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME GETTING THE OPENER INSTALLED AND READY. THE SERVICE ALSO CAME WITH A WARRANTY.

THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF THE JOB.
