I've used Nothing But Clean for nine years now, and they always do a great job. In my experience, Jocelyn goes above and beyond to accommodate. When I called, I needed our windows washed fairly soon because of unexpectedly putting our house on the market. They were booked out several weeks, but when they had a cancellation, Jocelyn called back and scheduled me within two weeks. Kevin and Chris came and did a thoroughly professional job – on time, efficient, polite, accommodating, thorough. When we got a huge rainstorm four days later, I called, and Jocelyn scheduled Kevin and Chris to come back out the next day and touch up every single window. That's great customer service and the reason I've continued to use Nothing But Clean and to also recommend them highly to others.

I found this company through angi.com. My complaint is that this company would not accept payment for their work through Angi Pay, as is advertised on angi.com as being available for all companies they list. Therefore I was unable to get the benefit of the Angi Happiness Guarantee, which is a valuable benefit. Angi.com should require a company to accept payment through Angi Pay as a condition of being listed in Angi.com search results.

Ron sent someone to my house the next day and gave me a bid. Tristan and Jade are great! Not only did they do an amazing job, but also, they said I need sealant around the windows which will help the temperature in the house to not be so cold in the winter and hot in the summer. My husband and I were thinking we needed all new windows as they haven't been changed since 1998, when the house was built. The price of new windows would be astronomical and we didn't want to bite the bullet. Tristan and Jade said the windows are still in good shape and all we needed is some sealant. Also, there are several windows which are foggy and would require custom size windows which would add to the price of the windows. Instead they said that can be fixed without purchasing new windows. Other window cleaners I've used in the past have always said I need new windows and of course, they could install them for us. However, Tristan said NBC doesn't install windows but highly recommend a company where they refer a lot of customers. I immediately called and they said I don't need new windows either!! That just saved me about $100K!! I can't thank Tristan and Jade enough!! And they did a phenomenal job, too! I give them an A+++ and will continue to use them from here on out!!

Awful. They did not clean the windows upstairs. They refused to get on the roof. They shot water on the windows on the second story but did not clean them. None of this was discussed. They tore up one of our screens. They insisted on coming in the house to take off screens. That was not discussed. I would never recommend these guys!

The company contacted me by email immediately to schedule an on site inspection for a quote. The inspector was on time and professional. He provided a clear description of the work to be done and provided an easy to understand estimate. When I called to schedule my service, I was given clear communication regarding availability and received email confirmation. The service reps showed up on time on the date of service and were very professional and did a great job. I won't wait 11 years to have my windows cleaned again. I'll hire Nothing But Clean.

Everyone was friendly, efficient and communicative. They came out For a quote and we were able to be on the books in just a days. Everything was contactless (given cornavirus concerns) but I still felt they were friendly in phone conversations.

I'm glad you were able to get the work taken care of but I also don't want a bad taste in your mouth about us even if you never give us a try again I want you to know honestly I never got a message or a missed call anything I'm also not calling you a liar I have had several of my regulars tell me they've called a couple times and already thought it was weird because I'm usually calling them back while they leave a message. Again I do apologize for this I don't know what the heck happened but I want you to know we work very hard everyday to maintain customer service and since my husband and i took over this company over 5 years ago an F hurst our feelings deeply but since you didn't experience our service and I totally understand you tried. Im sorry for the hiccup that's not our norm whatsoever! What I like about nothing but clean is their responsiveness; the estimate was done the next day. They scheduled in a timely manner; showed up when they said they would. They were a little more expensive but way more responsive than the other guys. After they left, I found a down spout that was disconnected. They came out the next day and fixed it.
