"Hello Dear Customer, We are sorry, we could not clean your windows on the day of appointment. We normally charge more for storm windows since they require tools in order to remove glass panels to be cleaned and we did not have it at that specific occasion since it is very rare we will have a request for it. The window cleaning deal specifies that Storms windows are an extra charge, the window tech wasn't sure about the charge and called the office. We called you back to inform you about the charge. Since it is a great liability and takes 10 times longer to clean than a regular window, the charge is way more and you declined having them cleaned. Thank you Andre Mayer"
