"Thank you! The sand is a tough one for us. It needs to be untouched for 24-hours due to its extreme proximity to the wet mastic. We would have to raise our prices - significantly - in order to return after 24-hours to sweep/hose/blow the sand. Our solution has been to send out the pre-job emails regarding the sand since we've found our customers want our prices kept at a moderate rate. We offer this information as an explanation.
