The hourly rate is too high cause they send 3 people at $45 an hour.

I've been a customer since around 2015, I even wrote a great review around that time on Angie's List. Fast foward a couple of years; I'm disapointed with their lack of professionalism. They do a partial clean of my home, cleaning about half the rooms in my home for an agreed price. Since mid 2016, I've hired additonal help for other reasons and she regularly cleans the kitchen, guest toilet and common spaces. Despite this fact, I was told that I'd have to pay more for their service as the cleaners were finding it hard to finish up cleaning my home in the time allocated (they charge by the hour I guess). I agreed to pay more. It didn't end there. Since then, almost everytime the regular cleaning staff come to clean, they complain about how much work there's to do, meanwhile making phone calls and chatting with eachother during their work hours. (I work from home and there are others in the home while they clean, so we hear/see this happening). They skip cleaning things that are on their list, there was a time they didn't even pick up garbage in one room, skipped cleaning one of the rooms altogether etc. and still saying disrespectful things in Spanish. I spoke about this with management several times, a manager then came in to inspect the house and she couldn't justfiy how there wasn't enough time despite the hike in price for the staff to clean the home. Thinking it may be the team assigned to me and still wanting to stick with the company, I asked for another team to be assigned to me (they had cleaned my home a few times when 'my' team was busy). I was told it was possible, then was assigned another team (mostly new hires). When I complained, I was told that the team I wanted was 'not available' for my neighborhood......but I was told otherwise initially??? That was when I decided to part ways with Maid Brigade, I and my family are much happier since. *When I called to cancel my contract, I was told a manager would call me to discuss my concerns, that never happened too. I dislike writing negative reviews, but felt I needed to write this with the hope that Maid Brigaide will not repeat the same mistakes with other people.

cut it down from 3 maids for 45 to 50 min every 2 weeks to 1 maid for 45 min every 2 weeks

We used them once. It’s just my husband and me, no kids no pets so I have been keeping the house clean. They came out and gave us an estimate of $207 to have them come out once a month. My house is 32 000 Square feet. When they came out they said we could pay them by check and we didn’t have to have a credit card on file. When they schedule it, the person who came out and sold it to me was in Europe on vacation so she couldn’t be reached so we had to cancel the service date because they wanted me to have a credit card on file. They also wanted me to sign something that had different terms of what they would clean for the $207 price vs what they had quoted me over the phone. We corrected that via email when the person came back from vacation and I was assured that the people coming here would know what to do. When the people came they didn’t do a deep cleaning or all the things that we on the list so I contacted then that night and told them that they didn’t do everything that I paid the do to and they send ok they will send them out again. They send them out again and again they didn’t do some obvious things. There were dirt on the corner where the wood and the tile meet. When I wiped the floor after they were done it had dust and as grey, it was dirty and were we put our shoes there were dust left in the mud tray. I didn’t feel there was a reason to hire them.

We had a very good experience with house cleaning service. Sometimes they'll miss a spot here and there. They have different crews so each crew is unique. Some do a little better job than others. They're usually here when they say they'd be here. We've used them for some time now and I'm planning to continue to use them.

We got a discount the first time. The maid who came out was not very professional. Now, because the changed up when we complained we did complain to them and they changed up the two maids coming out to do the job instead of just one and they were more professional and they didn't tell stories while they are trying work. The first lady we had was telling stories and talking a lot about everything and we were trying to stay out of their way, she was just too talkative and she didn't do a good job but after we complained they sent out two maids and they got in there and did the work and clean things that hadn't been cleaned in years so the second we made a complaint to them directly they moved up the quality.

Today, there is debris in the master bathroom sink. They sweep around things, they don't pick up anything to do so. They pick things up off the counters, but don't put it back where it came from and they are in total disarray. The kitchen counters aren't even clean. I wipe my hand across the counter and there is dust that comes off on my hands. Last week they ran out the door without mopping. We have had consistent problems with them. They come in and out so quickly without thoroughly cleaning anything, its horrible. If you open up the mini-blinds, there is debris and dust all in the window sills. The master bathroom is barley swept. This happens just about every single time, which is disappointing and unacceptable. Also, we were told we would have the same crew every time but we haven't. They're all nice, but the work just isn't being done properly.

The caretaker of the home, [Member's name removed], is the one has made the quality complaints to Angie's List. Our mutual customer, [Member's name removed], does not answer phone calls or emails. Eventually, [Member's name removed]called and we were able to connect and straighten everything out. I went out to the home and met with [Member's name removed], as well as provided the customer with a free cleaning. We removed [Member's name removed]contact information and now only contact [Member's name removed]."

I give credit to the crew cleaning the house. They were very thorough.

But, be careful with this deal. You get 3 people dividing the 4 hours. You will be asked to extend and pay more.

Two ladies showed up timely and worked continuously until complete (around six total hours).  Did focus on floors and did a good job applying Bona product to enhance floors.  I do wish they could clean in very high places, with the open concept and two story house, some of the window areas and wood work are a challenge (not on a landing, in open area).  I am told insurance doesn't cover anyone going higher than a small ladder.
Overall, they did a nice job and would invite them back again.

Team of three worked from about 9am - 2:30pm.  Overall, did a nice job addressing all that needed cleaned.  This was my first time to use this firm and the office team was very fair and professional to work with as well.
Overall, I am happy with the job and discussing with them to clean my other home.

This was a great experience from start to finish.  Mallory was very prompt in getting back with me to set this up, and she continued to follow up right up to the day of the service.  This was an "Angies List Deal" - and I am very happy and so impressed with the Maid Brigade of Plano!  Susan was awesome.  Small but mighty as I told her - she cleaned a 3600 sf house in 4 hours!  It was great - she was very organized and has a great system of cleaning.  She had to work around some stuff and she did it with ease.  I was concerned that this would be too much for one person - Mallory told me Susan was up to the task and she certainly was.  This was truly one of the best Angies List deals I have ever purchased.  I highly recommend the Maid Brigade of Plano, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

There is always come something with housecleaning you would rather have done a little bit better. They always get here on time. I got involved with them in the first place when I had some emergency issues that I had to have done. One was when I was looking to sell a home. They always, like, really work hard  to get things accomplished for me that are, like, next to impossible. Obviously I always want it cheaper. They do really well in the bathrooms, but the kitchen could be cleaner in the corners and things, you know.

It went very well.  It is $120 for each service. This winter we had a lot of freezing weather and some times I had to call and cancel because of bad weather or illness in the family and they were always flexible about rescheduling. So they are flexible about rescheduling if there is a problem, illness, bad weather or something like that.
