Due to the positive reviews we thought we'd give this company a try. Having a lush green, weed free yard would be nice without the struggle of doing it ourselves. They showed up promptly on the day expected; came to the door to let us know they were here. The first service is an application of broadleaf weed control and a pre-emergent weed control. When we were still seeing lots of live and growing weeds a few weeks later I sent an e-mail inquiring as to whether they needed to come back. Received a prompt reply telling me the broadleafed weeds should be showing good signs of dying by now and that if I haven't mowed them down, please do so. SERIOUSLY?????? Of course, we've mowed them down numerous times and they pop right back up with no signs of dying. Instead of "we'll send someone out to check it out" we got an e-mail telling us to mow them down. When this past Saturday (5/10/14) rolled around we decided that it was way past when we should have fertilizer out so we went to Lowes, bought our own and spread it out before the rain hit. I sent a cancellation e-mail that same day and haven't heard a word back. Just mowed this morning; the grass is greening up nicely but the weeds are ridiculous. We can do better than this for less money. We also had them aerate the yard on 4/23/14; the jury is still out as to whether that was worth the money. UPDATE 5/28/2014: Received an e-mail on 5/21/2014 telling me they were charging us another $32.42 because we cancelled. I e-mailed back and told them that was because they hadn't lived up to their promises. I then received an e-mail from Clark, company manager. He had no clue what I was talking about because he couldn't find my previous e-mails. I forwarded those to him which had been answered by David, company owner. He understood what I was saying and said he'd get with David. When I didn't hear from them again, I e-mailed this morning 5/28/2014 asking him to refund the $32.42. He gave me his spiel about their policies, etc; said they'd called to schedule our next service and we cancelled. That's a flat out lie; there was no call, no e-mail, no nothing. Sadly, we have a beautiful green yard because we fertilized it ourselves but the weeds are growing like crazy thanks to Lawn Tech. Apparently, they're of the mind that they're always right and they don't care if you like it or not. Beware if you're thinking about hiring them; you might have good luck and you might not, WE DIDN'T. We ended up paying a big sum for nothing; one very expensive decision.

This is my 1st year with Lawn Tech. I have had 2 treatments. So far so good. They come out when scheduled. If they have to reschedule due to weather they notify me and then let me know when they will be coming out again. Have spoken to the technician. He is very knowledgeable and willing to discuss lawn issue with me.

They are outstanding. I have been using them for about ten years. They are great technicians and they do a real nice job on the lawn. I haven’t had any issues at all.

They are great. They charge me $35 per treatment. I have never seen them. I have never been there when they come. They usually come during the day when I am at work but it has been great because I have seen a difference in the yard. The service is good and I am still using them now.

They treat and fertilize our loan they do not absolutely do any landscaping. It was last month. I do not have any information in front of me. We got a yearly contract with them and they do all right. They are reasonable. The only reason we went with them was they were a little bit cheaper. We do not come in con tact with them, we are generally not here when they come, this is a long spray company for they treat the weeds and your yard and they are gone. They do not say them. They come, spray the chemical and they are gone. They do not do landscaping. That is not their job.They come monthly, they are barking at the wrong tree here, and they have a yearly maintenance contract. We got to call them back a time or 2 their chemicals are not as strong as other companies. That would be my only complaint and they come right back out.

The service was good. They do a really nice job. These people who come out here are actually well qualified. They know what to do to control weeds and other things in the yard. They understand all the various types of weeds and they just know what they're doing and it works. They're expensive but they're good.

They were excellent. I had an annual contract with them. I find them to be honest and respectful. They are courteous and nice to deal with. The price is right for the kind of service. The product of what they do is...they take good care of your lawn. They fertilize and keep it green in the summer and spring. The final product of all that they do is what I'm happy with.

This company does a great job caring for our lawn. We were dissatisfied with our previous weed control company, and Lawn Tech came out, diagnosed our problems, and came up with a quarterly plan for helping our lawn get back to a healthy state. We are adding services this year, including moisture manager, core aeration, and flea and tick control.

Our experience with this firm has been very positive. They provide year round lawn fertilizing and also install and take down Christmas lights. Their service technicians are polite, well informed, efficient, and punctual. The scheduler always calls a day prior to coming out and Stephanie, in the office, does a great job with our billing and any follow up needed. I recommend this firm to anyone looking for superb lawn services and Christmas Decor needs.

I filled out a work request online and received an email on 11/11/13 stating they would contact me and provide services within 5 days. I called them today, 11/20/13 and the man I spoke to said there would be no services available until after the first of the year. It would have been nice to receive an email or phone call telling me this instead of leaving me hanging. I was also promised a lawn analysis which was promised in 5 days and I did not receive this. Again, he stated that I would receive this at the first application. So what it looks like to me is that they make a promise online and then shut down for the months of November and December and don't bother making contact with future/ potential customers. I told them to cancel my request for service so I could find someone more interested in customer care. He did'nt seem upset or apologetic about the loss of my business. I'm new to this kind of service and have always taken care of it myself. If they only provide service certain times per year then they should have called and spoke with me personally about this. Did they really think I was going to hang around for 3 months and not question why I hadn't seen any of their technicians?! It amazes me that people like this are still in business.

I was "assigned" a lawn expert who was polite, answered all my questions, and said he would be the only person to do my treatments from now on. His name was Garrett and he explained everything, showed me proof of grubs, and treated for several kinds of weeds. After watering and rain, I noticed improvement in the appearance of my lawn. The nut grass was dying! Garrett said if I needed anything, or had any concerns, to call. I have had lawn services in the past, --- they were more expensive, less concerned about customers, and didn't speak my language.

They also do weed control on some visits. It went well. We are very satisfied. The same tech comes each time and is very proactive. We've used them for a couple years.

The service has been good. I am sometimes there during the appointment but if not they let me know they were there. They also email ahead to let me know they are coming for the appointment.

They are on time and they are professional. We did have a few questions about the service. They sent a technician out to explain everything and discuss it.

Their service has been fine. They are the fist lawn company I have used. Compared to the other lawns on my street, I have one of the best looking lawns. I like that I don't have to worry about fertilizing anymore, they take care of everything. They call me to tell me they are coming which is nice because sometimes I have to leave my gate open. If you call within two weeks of the application and still have a problem, they will come back at no additional charge. The price is in line with what others charge and they offer a 10% discount if you pay ahead for the annual contract.

The service was good and it has worked well. If I am not there during the time of service, they let me know they were there. They also email ahead to let me know they are coming for the appointment.

They give you a 10% discount for paying in advance. I don't have to check their work or worry about what they are doing. I trust them and I know they are going to do exactly what needs to be done. I did have an issue because their treatment was leaving yellow spots. However, I spoke with them and they handled it very professionally. They do a good job and the price is reasonable. If you ever have a problem after their application, they will call back and treat again at no additional charge. I am very pleased and I have no complaints with their service. I have a pool and if they get treatment in the pool, it will stain the pool. However, I have never had an issue with that . I also have artificial turf and I told them in the beginning that if they treat it, it will ruin the turf. It has never been a problem and they always remember.

Our yard was covered with weeds after a year of mistreatment by our yard guys. After just one treatment, our yard is now one of the best on the street! We had looked at national chains and LawnTech was well reviewed on Angie's List and was much cheaper than the other chains. We are so glad we went with them! Our neighbor has had just one treatment by Scotts and our lawn looks much better!

They have been great. The are punctual and always call the day before they come out. They also leave written instructions after and what they did to the lawn. They payment system is very easy as well.

We thoroughly enjoy them. We really appreciate their service. They are consistent and very reliable. We have been very happy with them overall.

The service has turned out pretty well so far. The service is very convenient.

Service has always been excellent. They always inform me the day before treatment ,which is important to me since I have dogs that need to be kept off of the lawn after treatment. My lawn looks great.

I spent 40 minutes on the phone with them. He was extremely knowledgeable. He gave me some names of other companies, because he does commercial size and I need residential size mulching. He knew every answer to every question that I could devise. His information, knowledge, and enlightenment was good.

Always alerted me as to when they would treat my lawn and they were always at my home on the day promised. By prepaying for a yearly service I was able to save a little money. Very nice to deal with on the phone.
