FG Pool Repair was outstanding!  After over 5 months of struggling to have our pool finished by a pool builder, my wife and I turned to FG Pool Repair to complete our pool.  Francisco was excellent to work with.  He promptly returned my phone call and was at my house the following day to get me a very competitive bid to complete my pool.  Within in 1 week, Francisco had his team at my home to complete all the remaining items my pool builder could not finish, needless to say my wife and I were blown away by the professionalism and promptness FG Pool Repair displayed.  If you need a great pool company, use FG Pool Repair, you will not be disappointed!  Thank you Francisco and the FG Pool Repair Crew!

It went very well. Francisco was very professional on time with each pool. The quality of the work is excellent. His response time to get back to me on things was very good. His prices was  good and his crews was very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done right down to washing down my drive way. I was very impressed with Francisco and his crews. I have worked with several contractors and this company was by far the best! I will not work with anyone else for my pools. Francisco really cares about me being happy with his work. He's the best and I will rate him A+ for service quality and price.,

Francisco came out and gave me an estimate promptly after initial contact.
He was very nice, professional, and informative.
His bid seemed very reasonable, so i didnt bother even getting other companies to come out, although i had been in contact with several.
His 2 guys showed up first thing in the morning and got straight to work.
they removed all of the old deck o seal, they sawed out the stone that had come loose and reseated it perfectly.
they fixed a broken piece of my pebble decking, and you cant even tell it was ever broken there anymore.
the poured sand in the void between the coping and the deck to level the space.
they then poured deck o seal all the way around
finally, they spread sand all over the seal to complete the work.
It turned out beautiful!
I could not have imagined anyone doing better work than they did, it turned out perfect!
in all honesty, i did have an issue getting the work scheduled after the initial bid, but in their defense it was around the 4th of july when all this was going on, so i'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.  Besides, they did such a great job, i would have overlooked much more than that small deal.
Overall, i could not be happier with the job they did.
I would highly recommend them to anyone, and have already recommended them to my brother to replaster his pool.

Excellent service!   When they came out to provide an estimate, they listened to what i needed and did not try to sell things i did not need or want. They were early and were very friendly.  Cleaned up after they finished and explained how to care for the new seal.  Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

This was a much bigger process than I originally anticipated,and I won't say it went without any hiccups.  However, the company was EXTREMELY responsive to all my questions and concerns.  Since this was my first time dealing with a major pool issue, I had lots of them.  They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied, even when looking back on it I may not have been completely reasonable in my expectations.  The owner, Francisco, was not around during the process as much as I'd expected, but his right hand, Antonio is amazing....working like crazy to see that the job is done right, and in constant communication with Francisco, so it worked out fine. (Francisco- he deserves a raise for the quality of service when dealing with me!)   The more people I talk to after the work is finished, the more I found out the company gave me an amazing deal with excellent quality!  I actually waited to do my review to see if there would be problems with the plaster, or follow up service, but everything has been great.  I would highly reccomend this company to anyone!

It went very well. So far, so good. They did a good job. With regard to price, I didn’t do the price checking. I don’t know if they were in line with everybody else. With regard to responsiveness, we had to call back for something else.

Francisco was very attentive, came out prior, during and after (twice). Entire project took two days (Nov) and he followed up in March with some final touches.

Francisco is great. I'm so glad we went with him.  The pool looks beautiful and the project went great. The guys were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves.  Francisco must have told me 3 or 4 times "When we are done, I want you to be completely happy so tell me what you want us to do and we will do it." He meant it too. He did everything he said he would do and even some extra stuff we didn't think about until after the job started.
I talked to 4 other companies (all A rated on Angies list) and Francisco was the most helpful and the best price. 
The only thing I would change is I wish Francisco did the pool start up, but he doesn't because that takes a lot of time and he is so busy he just doesn't have time for that type of work. He told us this up front. He has a guy he recommends, but since we didn't know him (and it was expensive), we just did it ourselves. Next time we get a pool resurfaced, I'll find a reasonably priced maintenance company to do the start up. 
I definitely recommend FG Pools. Don't let the lack of Angie's list reviews (only 5 as of this writing) deter you. He's a top notch professional, and he does great work!

He seems to know what he is doing. He told me the several options on how to fix it and what was a temporary fix and not.  I did have to leave a couple messages for him.

I appreciate Francisco taking the time to arrange for a company that he felt would be better suited to take care of my pool repair needs and then following up with me to confirm that I had been contacted. I will definitely contact him when (in the near future) it's time to have the pool re-plastered. In the mean time, I will leave feedback for the referred company after their visit on Wednesday (they are already waiving the service call fee since they will be cleaning my DE filter - so that's a plus already!).

He's been to my house twice and everything went perfect both times.  luckily the second time, it wasn't the pool itself leaking again, bt it was a piece of rubber on the pool equipment that he located.  He is a gem of a man!!!

The owner, Francisco Gutierrez, gave an estimate on my grandmother's pool in Richardson after being referred by her pool maintenance company. The pool needed many repairs in which two other companies quoted in excess of $12,000. Francisco performed a full evaluation completing an itemized proposal which was both faxed and mailed to my grandmother at a much lower quote. Mr. Gutierrez thoroughly answered all my questions over the phone and charged the bare minimum for the supplies and labor. His crew showed up the next week on time and worked for 5 solid days completing all tasks with beautiful results. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality work. We would Highly recommend them for anyone needing a respectable pool repair company.
