Quite possibly the best service experience I've ever had. After I had already agreed to a higher priced solution we thought was necessary, Dana was still considering other options and, prior to installing a new computer board, he correctly identified the problem as one not needing any parts at all. Heater works great again. Dana's knowledge and integrity guarantee that DT will be the only heating/AC service company I ever call again.

I got quotes from several companies for a new AC/heating system and overall DT offered the best price for the identical systems quoted by the others. Dana (the owner) was always quick to respond and patiently answered all my questions. Installed new system quickly and efficiently; the workers were courteous and professional. Dana provided instructions for obtaining rebates, which he passed on to me in full. I was very happy with the overall experience and would definitely use DT again.

We can't say enough about how happy we are with our new air conditioning systems. From start to finish our purchase and installation went smoothly. To elaborate a bit, selecting DT Air Conditioning and Heating from the other vendor/bids we received was such a great and easy choice for us. When Mr. Tovi (Dana) came to our home for the first time to discuss our needs and to evaluate the job, we immediately felt at ease. He is so easy going and took as much time as we needed to answer any questions we had. We were so impressed with him during this meeting. However, when we received his bid, we became even further impressed. His bids are so thorough and precise. His attention to detail is evident. In comparison to other bids...well there was no comparison. His just stood out in a great way. Dana's bid also addressed other things we needed, such as additional return duct for proper air balance/flow. And, although we were getting so much more from Dana, his price was in line with other bids we received. We were just thrilled and decided to use him. On the day of scheduled installation, the crew of installers showed up on time. They immediately covered all floors and stairways and began their work. I won't go into all details, however, I will say that we could not be more pleased with the work performed by them. Emerson and Richie, along with their crews, went well beyond the call of duty to perform the job. All workers were courteous and focused. Any questions we had, they answered with smiles. We were so impressed and so thrilled to have them. After the work was performed, the crew cleaned up everything and you would never have known they were there had it not been for the wonderful, cool fresh air our new systems were providing. Dana made sure things flowed smoothly and as they should. When the install was over, Dana educated us on the wi-fi thermostat and again made himself available to answer any questions we had. Overall, DT Air Conditioning did a superior job and we would be thrilled to refer them to anyone that needs new air conditioning systems.

He was so thorough and took the time to rule out all possible reasons as to why we were not getting proper airflow downstairs. We knew that we had to replace our unit sooner than later so we decided to move forward with getting quotes on AC units. Dana was prompt in getting us estimates and took the time to make recommendations based on our needs and budget. His quotes were competitive and we felt like we got a great deal on the unit we purchased. (We also got quotes from another company to compare.) Unit was quoted and installed within 36 hours of our call. The work was excellent quality, punctual and better priced than a competitive bid offered through our warranty company suggested vendor. Dana Tovi was also very helpful in obtaining best manufacture and ONCOR discounts applied to our purchase. This is the 3rd time and 2nd home where we have used DT and will use them again for our 2nd unit when necessary.

Very professional, prompt and has wonderful customer service. The owner was a joy to work with. I had some trouble with the touchpad on the wall with the air conditioning unit and the owner stopped by to recalibrate my system and showed me how to do it.

They came out far cheaper than any other competitor, and offered an even better place to get the entire system replaced including the furnace. Service as done in one day and was satisfactory, we would use them again.

The job was done very well, technicians are very polite. Dana (owner) is very knowledgable, professional, and very responsive to my questions.

After our downstairs AC died on a Sunday morning in July (forecast for the day = 105), DT AC and Heat responded to our repair call right away and came to our house 45 minutes after we called. They had the AC up and running again within the hour. We were so impressed with their work and responsiveness we asked for a quote to replace the 25-year old AC and furnace. They provided quotes for several different efficiency levels for AC/furnace. We also got quotes from 3 other companies to compare. After evaluating overall costs after Oncor rebates, customer service, and Angies List and Nextdoor reviews, we choose to go with DT AC and Heating. Mr. Tovi from DT AC and Heat was very up front with us about the efficiency options available and let us make our own decision regarding what model/SEER rating to go with (we were looking at Tranes). The other AC providers we quoted with were steering us towards models that we discovered through research were being phased out (clearing their inventory), as well as not explaining the Oncor rebates clearly. Once we made the decision to go with DT AC and Heat, Mr. Tovi and his team came out 4 business days later and replaced our downstairs AC/furnace system and got it up and running in one day. Mr Tovi followed up with us after the install to see how things were going, answered our follow up questions, we received our Oncor rebate quickly, and we love our new AC. DT Heating and Air was very professional, responsive, prompt, and up front with us, as well as a very good value. Very kind people, too. We will use them again.

Both times that DT came out to our home, the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Initially, we called them for a thorough checkup of the cooling system as we were in the option period, after closing the deal we had them come back out and perform the services they advised on which were quite affordable I might add. I do recommend DT and will call them again when needed.

Owner arrived on time, same day as call.
He checked outside compressor power leads and immediately found a burned relay that was sticking, hence unit unable to on/off
Retrieved new replay from his vehicle and replaced, tested relay
Checked unit Freon levels
Advised that unit was near end of life and that I should consider replacement - perhaps later in year
No hard sell, just recommended I consider replacement when and if  another failure
Assumed unit would make it thru summer months and then I should consider a new unit before year end to take advantage of ONCOR rebates

Very fast service, technician quickly located problem and had replacement part with him. I was given an appointment 2 hours after I called but tech called and said he could be their earlier shortly after I first called. Within 2 hours of calling I had cold air blowing.

I am from out of town and my daughter and son-in-law's air conditioner failed on a Friday evening. I called DT just before closing and Dana said he would have Zee out at 9:30 on Saturday morning. EXACTLY at 9:30 Zee arrived. He was very competent and pleasant. The Compressor had failed - and it was Saturday morning. He called Dana and they got one from Lennox before their warehouse closed - in warranty! Then Zee and Dana installed the unit, found a freon leak and fixed that and now Saturday afternoon, the kids home is 68 degrees from 80 degrees just a few hours ago. I am very experienced at commercial and residential HVAC service. These guys went Waaaaay above and beyond and did a very professional job for a reasonable cost. They deserve an A+ rating. And they deserve your calls for residendial service. You will get your money's worth - and then some!

Since I was not sure about replacing the furnace, I had another company take a look - the technician confirmed the problem with the coil and he advised me to replace the furnace as well since DT's price is very good. Everything went very smoothly. The AC is working great. DT also got me a rebate from Oncor.
