Robert did a great job! The Cartridge on my toilet went out and was causing my toilet to run constantly. while he was there he noticed a slab leak that was causing major damage to my walls and flooring. He knew exactly who to call and how to help me get going with the everything else i needed to do.

I bought the deal from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. There was a leak issue. They came out and gave me a estimate of 223.00. I was OK with this. They said they needed a part and said they'd come out Monday to do the job. That Monday nobody came or contacted me. I called the office myself and they gave me excuses saying the boss wasn't there and that they would have someone come out Tuesday. When the technician arrived on Tuesday it was a completely different person than who came out before. That technician not only didn't have the part they told me they needed to do the job, but didn't even know I needed the part. I showed him the estimate that was given showing that the part was needed and he said he had to go and talk to his supervisor and told me he would be back. He left and never returned. After a few days I got back in touch with them and the person on the phone told me they had to increase the cost of the estimate they had already gave me after I already spent weeks waiting on them to come and do what they said they would on the initial estimate. I asked for a supervisor and they gave me a customer supervisor named Donna. Donna said she was going to review the conversation and estimate given by the initial technician, and then take a day and get back to me to resolve the issue. She said she would call me back and I still haven't heard anything. Its unbelievable and disappointing and I STILL have a leak which is causing me to waste and lose water which is more important issue than the cost.

gas water heater is located in the attic.      the gas water heater's 's pilot light was out. the technician came and relite the pilot light. after approx 5 hours no hot water from faucets, turned hot water control towards max. still no hot water. recalled benjamin franklin plumbing to come out again. person representing benjamin franklin wanted to recharge me to relite pilot light again.

the first thing the tech did after arriving is tell me I had a costly leak in my wall from my outside hose bib.    the repair would cost $199 to fix.   This is the very first thing he did, not even there 5 minutes.     It only needed a washer,  just I had said.    It appears that he was looking to bump the bill.   I paid angie's list $89 for $200 worth of work.Funny how he tried to take that $200 right from the beginning.
