 + -1 moreAFTER 3 WEEKS, THEY CALLED US TO SAY THAT THE FABRIC WE SELECTED WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND WE WOULD HAVE TO COME IN TO RESELECT. AFTER WE DID SO, I ASKED IF OUR ORDER WOULD STILL BE AT THE TOP OF THE LIST AT THE MILL. ANSWER: NO. ORDERS ARE WORKED IN THE ORDER RECEIVED. 6-8 WEEKS STARTS AGAIN. FURNITURE ARRIVES AFTER 7 MORE WEEKS. 1.IT WILL BE AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE THEY CAN DELIVER. (!) 2.WE HAVE TO COME IN TO PAY THE BALANCE. BUT WAIT, WE SAID. YOU HAVE THE FIRST CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION, JUST RUN IT FOR THE BALANCE. NO, YOU HAVE TO COME IN. I TOLD THEM THAT THEIR COMPUTER AND OFFICE SYSTEMS SURE MADE IT DIFFICULT TO BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM. THEY'RE ABOUT 10 YEARS BEHIND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED ON THAT COMMONLY AVAILABLE AT OTHER BUSINESSES.
Description of Work: ORDERED A 3-PIECE SECTIONAL RECLINER. ESTIMATED DELIVERY WAS 6-8 WEEKS.
