Andy OnCall Handyman Service

They do excellent service but they are a little pricey. I feel like the quality of their work justified the price. They finished within schedule, cut the wood up, stacked it and then put it back where the trash men would pick it up.

They were very unprofessional, the electrician smelled of alcohol. This made me uncomfortable and I made sure my husband watched everything he did. Even when I called them to discuss the issues with the breaker and tech smelling of alcohol, they didn't even bother to call me back. They stated they guarantee their work for one year, but they are the only ones allowed to service any issue. If we were to contact our home warranty company and request that an issue be looked at again, they would have to send out Andy On Call, or else the guarantee would be voided.

There was no response to my request.  I ended up hiring a great local plumber.  Maybe they were having trouble with their website or there was a communication problem.  Either way, they lost my business.

It turned out satisfactory. He could have been more knowledgable about the installation but it did turned out satisfactor

They are a very positive company. He does good work.

My technician was Jason and he awesome.  He was honest, knowledgeable and professional.  I actually called up and requested Jason to come back out and perform other services such as running the wiring for a ceiling fan and installing a cable line in an additional room. I've referred Andy Oncall to other friends in my network.  He's my official electrician!

Did an excellent job on all.

The work was done without any problems. However, my plants below the window were damaged from something getting dropped on them. I was not told about this.

Everything went wells so far.  We'll see about the tile guy on Monday.  On time, courteous, friendly, helpful.  I would use Handy Andy in Plano, TX again.

I called and left a message before they opened and they returned my call an hour or so later. We scheduled an appointment for 2 days later, but they called back after having a cancelation and he got there that afternoon! The electrician called to update me during the work (I was not at home, my son was) and all work was done as directed. Excellent fast service.

Arrived on time with all tools and material.  Job took much longer than expected, but he honored the quote.  Great job on tile, grout and clean-up.

I contacted Andy onCall because I had a leak in my ceiling and I didn't know the cause. They sent someone with years of experience in maintenance who immediately realized I had a roofing problem. He was very professional, courteous and personable. As soon as he left, someone from the office called to make an appropriate referral. They did not charge me anything.

The person was good but the price was too high. I ending up doing it myself.

They did a wonderful job. I was pleased at time and I am still pleased. They came out and did what they said they would do.

It was fine. They weren?t equipped to do the work I needed with their tools or qualifications.

It turned out alright. There was a little leak that I was going to have them fix when they came out the next time. Other than that everything was fine. They were punctual, came on time. They got everything done pretty fast. He communicated pretty well and let us know what our options were. He seemed like a pleasant guy.

They did great job. They were there the same day, within a couple of hours and took care of it right then.

He was great. The people were nice but the estimate was higher than what I ended up going with. It took him a little longer to get the estimate and I needed the work done sooner . It wasn?t inside his normal realm of work so it just didn?t work out.

Again, this was last year; however, they responded promptly to my calls, they were very clear in describing what they could and/or could not do and the cost involved. All individuals that came to my home were very professional and best of all cleaned up after they were done working.

The gentlemen would come late and leave in the middle of the day. The job went on and one. He restrained our front door and in the process spilled the stain on our marble entryway. We had to go to a lot of effort to get that cleaned up. He also supposedly fixed an outdoor faucet which continued to leak. He did some texturing in two bathrooms. He didn?t finish the job and my wife completed the process by painting it. It turns out that we were very disappointed with this particular instance. We had to do a lot of clean up after him. To the benefit of the company, I called them about the outdoor faucet. They sent out another gentleman who fixed the outdoor faucet. It seemed like the problem was the particular handymen and when I talked to them then they had since fired him. The company acted honorably in this situation.
