FABULOUS!! They were very friendly, informative and thorough. The owner's son was the overseer of my installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They have done their bi-monthly inspections twice now and their tech, Tony is wonderful. No complaints! Everyone should use them!!!

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, POLITE, THOROUGH, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY EVEN CALLED A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THE INITIAL TREATMENT TO FOLLOW-UP TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM WITH THE CARPENTER ANTS WAS STILL RESOLVED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND IN FACT, ALREADY HAVE. THE PERSON TO WHOM I RECOMMENDED THEM ALSO HAD A SIMILAR EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, AND CALLED ME TO THANK ME FOR THE RECOMMENDATION.

TONY ARRIVED AS AGREED. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED THE PROGRAM TO ME. HE WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND NON-INTRUSIVE WHILE DOING THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR BUG TREATMENT. AS FOR MY SECOND PROBLEM, HE DIDN'T ADDRESS IT, SO THEY LOOSE A FEW POINTS ON THAT ONE. AT NO TIME DID HE INDICATE THAT THEY DIDN'T DO DEAD PEST REMOVAL. I'D USE THEM AGAIN, THOUGH, FOR THE BUG EXTERMINATION. HE DID A GREAT JOB, TOLD ME WHAT TO EXPECT OVER THE COURSE OF THE NEXT FEW WEEKS AND TO CALL IF THERE CONTINUED TO BE AN ANT PROBLEM AND THEY'D COME BACK OUT TO ADDRESS IT.

THE EXTERMINATORS ARE ALWAYS NICE AND SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND PESTS. THEY ARE ON TIME AND ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT IN MANNER. THEIR PRICES SEEM REASONABLE.
