The control of the rat population ebbed and flowed.  It would seem to be effective for awhile and then we would be overrun with rats once again.  On a number of occassions we had to have All-Safe come out beyond the regular monthly service because the rats had once again taken over the back yard.On 7/13/2012 I called thier Plano Office and asked to speak with the Regional or General Manager.  The receptionist asked for a specfic message that she could send to this individual.  I told her that I was ready to fire them for ineffective performance, but that I wanted to give them one last chance.  I asked that the Regional or General Manager call me.  The receptionist took all of my information and assured me that I would be called the same day.  As of 17:51 on 7/16/2012 no one has called me.  I sent an email to the President of the company and notified him that "they were fired" and I provided him with all of the information that I have provided herein.

I've been using them successfully for years. Very Satisfied.

I think their main thing is that they are safe for pets and children. Their price is comparable to everyone else.

We have not had any issues with insects. If any are found, they will come take care of the issue. They spray and put things down outside the house, and if we need it, they will spray inside. They have taken care of things. They have been very responsive if we have ever found anything. They come out immediately and resolve the issue. I would say they are a good, maybe not great, but very good, solid provider. The pricing is fair, but not cheap. I will continue to use him.

All Safe Pest & Termite, treats the whole outside, they look for fire ants, knock down any mud dubbers that I call bees, look to see if anything is going on outside, they spray and use a dry treatment. They will come inside if you need them to come in.

BID PROCESS: A gentleman from All-Safe came and spent about 45 minutes evaluating and locating potential areas where the critters were getting into our house. He created a diagram of the house on graph paper and marked the potential entrances under and around the eaves and roof.  He then walked us around our property and showed, using a laser pointer and flash light,  where the animals were getting into our house. Then he gave us a quote. All-Safe was not the least expensive quote, they were the middle bid; however, they were the only company to GUARANTEE their work and offer a $50.00 insurance policy for 1 year coverage - if any new holes were created by critters they would locate, repair and seal at no additional charge!  This is a huge relief especially for us because our home is located in the middle of a Pecan grove.  We recieved bids from other nation-wide pest control organizations and 1 other local company.   

SERVICES PERFORMED: Their performance was superb!  The service guys were professional and thoughtful. They spent an entire day locating the entrances in and around our roof, eaves, and foundation.  They found 17 entrances!!  One entrance was made by racoons and they had to place steel around the eave, and over the roof in order to repair and seal the entrance.  After sealing the entrances, they left one open to set the live animal cage trap. Over the course of 4 days, we captured two squirrels and 1 racoon.  When I called, ALL-Safe came within the hour to remove the animal and take it out to the countryside to release.  My sons were fascinated by the whole process and the service guys were extremely patient and kind showing the boys what they were doing and allowing them to help. After 10 days, they removed the live animal cage and repaired the hole and sealed the area.

OVERALL REMARKS:  The service we received from All-Safe Pest & Termite was EXCELLENT and worth evey penny!!  The price that we paid was for pest/critter removal, sealing all areas where the animals were entering the house, follow-up to check traps and cages, removal of cages, AND bug/termite control with a bi-monthly spray - all for 1 year! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend All-Safe Pest & Termite to all!!! All-Safe is family owned and has been in business for 30 years! It was comforting to know that the company is made up of well trained long time employees and they guarantee their work. Being a family-owned small business was also important to us.  The success/reputation of the company has relied on satisfied customers for 30 years!

We had rats in our attic where they were getting into our house. They were very nice and reasonable. Another company was going to be around $750. Our dog kept sniffing around our outlets and we had been putting Christmas stuff away and noticed some rat droppings. We called All Safe and they looked at the exterior. We also called others. At first they had not noticed anything. We called All safe and told them about the spot that the other company had found. They fixed both spots. Our dog has no sniffed or went basurk like she had been. I am pretty sure that they fixed the problem. All safe had a better grantee also.

They are fantastic.  They do a great job, and are always very responsive if we need anything.  They are very professional and pleasant to work with.  I would highly recommend them.

 On three occasions during this 2-1/2 year service period, All Safe used the prohibited chemicals. The first two times, they apologized and assured me that it wouldn't happen again. The third time, I fired them. That didn't seem to bother them. I simply find them to be unresponsive and unprofessional.

Every time they come they call ahead to schedule, and ask if we're having any particular problems.  They come and check everything, perform their service, and things continue on very smoothly.  Have been extremely happy with their services.

I like everything about them. In terms of responsiveness, I call and they are here. They come every two months and work on the termites. We have termite baits everywhere. There are tons of them, so that our fence is being protected and it is all over the yard. They check them, they re-bait them and they treat them. We haven’t had an insect since they have come. They sweep the cobwebs; it is unbelievable. I can bank on them for the bugs. When they come in to my house, they put some chalk like thing over their shoes. Josh, our guy for this area is courteous, personable, dependable and trustworthy. It is phenomenal. I have been using them for three years and would use their services again in the future. I have had other contracts but it is nothing in comparison to All-Safe Pest Control. Price wise, what we pay other providers to come in and do; All-Safe Pest Control is doing everything for $115. If I see a bug outside of my inspection time, Josh is in and Josh is out. They treat everything including my fire ants and fleas. I am so pleased. Their stuff is safe for the animals. It is nice because I still have my butterflies all the time when I do outdoor stuff. They are not killing everything. These guys kind of go after what they are treating.

i had some crockroaches 6 months ago and called them. They sealed and sprayed everything around the house and now they do quarterly treatments. I haven't had a crockroache since. 

They come out every three months.  I am really happy with them.  They do pest control inside and outside and they also provide termite control.  They use ingredients safe for environment and even the pets.  They have always been on time and they are available for any questions.  They come when they say they are coming.  They always leave their findings.  They always keep track of things.  We have not had any termite issues or problems since using them.  They are very reliable company.

I was very unhappy with them. I had a little pest problem at that time, and they refused to come back and re-treat; they did not get the job done. No one can really guarantee that I won’t have another bug in my house, but if they don’t get the job done at all, they need to come back and do it again. Their price was fair. I would not use them again in the future; in fact, I am using another provider now.

They have gone above and beyond to make sure all termite treatment was done properly.  They have a good sense of detail, good communication and responsiveness.  I will use them for all my pest issues in the future.

The person I met with was very polite and professional. He seemed to understand my pest problem very well. He listened to my concerns about my pets and addressed them. He explained their services without any high pressure sales techniques.

Had an invasion of ants.  Company treated the exterior of the house and located and removed the source of the problem.  I had lots of questions which they answered patiently.  I was very pleased that there was no pressure to sign up for services I didn't need, in fact they told me a service I was considering was not necessary.  Very very professional!

I like the service they provide.  I have had termites off and on periodically for the past 10 years.  As long as you have their monitoring system and a termite gets in your house, they will fix it for free.  They have done a good job!  If I ever have a problem they respond very quickly.  They are very friendly and polite.  They always arrive on time.

This review is only about the estimate.  Roger came to my home on time.  He was polite, friendly and courteous.   I explained the situation and showed him the termites I had collected and where I had found them. He proceeded outside and began to inspect my property.  He only inspected the outside of my home and did not find termites entering my home.  He estimated my home at 263 linear ft.  When he was finished he gave me an estimate of  $1425 plus tax (this was after a $150 coupon was applied) with a price of $340 annual renewal for Sentricon Colony Elimination System.  His estimate also included another option quoted for Terma-Pest (Bi-Monthly Termite/Pest Control) this included additional pest control - Initial service $693 with an annual renewal of $594 or initial $99 plus tax with Bi-monthly service charge of $99 plus tax.  In the end I elected to go with another company that uses a different method of control.  The company I went with also found a mud tube of termites in the back porch area of my home showing termites entering my home in this location.

I have been using All-Safe Pest Control for 3 years now.  I live right next to a wooded shoreline on Lewisville Lake.  We had lots of bugs.  All-Safe comes out 4 times a year as part of our contract with them, as well as any time we call to let them know we need extra treatment.  We have fish tanks inside the home and dogs that are in and out.  We chose All-Safe because they use a combination of chemicals that are minimally evasive to our environment and the surrounding lake. We keep All-Safe because they are always on time, retreat (for no additional fee) whenever we need them, and the person that does our treatment actually knows about bugs and takes the time to explain everything to us.  I highly recommend them.

There were very thorough... informed me of what they were doing and why... very important to me as I have a dog and that they use safe methods. I would recommend them to anyone. Fair price, professional but very nice as well. No pressure sales, etc.
