Description of Work: James and his assistant unclogged a commode that had serious issues. While here, at no extra charge, repaired a slow sink drain, diagnosed the cause of faulty appliances and made recommendations about my aging water heater. AND, about a year ago, when I was laid up, James made a trip to Home Depot and bought a seven dollar part to repair my commode and charged nothing but the cost of the part. This young man IS a saint. Now, mind you, I am disabled and on a small fixed income, but this is the kind of person you'll be letting into your home: a good man and a qualified plumber!
