As always, they were prompt and completed the check up quickly. He answered all my questions concerning problems with the thermostat. I have used them for several years and have always been pleased with the service. I originally used them for an emergency call for the outside a/c unit. They were immediately available and the cost was really reasonable.

Completely satisfied with the initial installation, which was a little over a year ago. We recently needed the unit serviced and did it through another company because of our home warranty. The unit is an LG, which not many service people are familiar with, so I contacted Air Heat North Texas. They immediately sent us complete service material to help the repair man. They are a class outfit and I definitely would do business with them again.
