 + -1 moreAs always, they were prompt and completed the check up quickly. He answered all my questions concerning problems with the thermostat. I have used them for several years and have always been pleased with the service. I originally used them for an emergency call for the outside a/c unit. They were immediately available and the cost was really reasonable.
Description of Work: They did the fall check up of the heating system.

 + -1 moreCompletely satisfied with the initial installation, which was a little over a year ago. We recently needed the unit serviced and did it through another company because of our home warranty. The unit is an LG, which not many service people are familiar with, so I contacted Air Heat North Texas. They immediately sent us complete service material to help the repair man. They are a class outfit and I definitely would do business with them again.
Description of Work: Company installed a mini-split A/C system.

Description of Work: I've used them for HVAC work. They had to clear the streamlines. They also looked at one of the ducts that didn't seem to pumping out a lot of air. He went up to attic to check around. He said he was losing air through the box in the attic. He said it would be about a $350 or $450 to repair it. He said it wasn't a difficult repair and explained to me how to do it. He said he would be happy to come out and do it for me but it wasn't necessary.
