This company should not be used beer a gimmic, they are advertising a product that does not work. They should be reported to angie and to the police

Mike was fantastic! Helped us through every step of the process- very personable and excellent customer service. We were feeling sick all the time and wanted to perform an air test to see if that would help our situation.

This contractor never came to my home. He sent an unknown plumber to install the system. I paid $4,000 and never had the system properly work. I have emailed him multiple times over the last year and he still will not call me, tells me to contact the plumber (who also does not respond) and last stated he moved "down south" I have been too easy on this guy and now feel he took my $, sold me a product that he did not install and took off. Do not hire!

Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. We have been dealing with sinus infections, mucus build up in our lungs, breathing issues and much more. He tested the air quality in several rooms with and without the air purifiers running and it made a drastic difference. We ended purchasing 3. It has been 9 days and I can tell a difference. He is scheduled to come back out tomorrow to retest and again in a month to clean our machines and test again. I would definitely recommend Mike.

I think the air cleaner is great for purifying the air, however it did not take away the damp odor.

I ordered some air filters for the house and the giant one works great but is definitely pricey The product is great but customer service is terrible.

I am not rating the company since I got the service from a franchise. It was a bad experience. But the company helped me get the money that I invested back. But did not get back the $200 that I paid for the mold inspection

I felt like he was really honest and he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He gave us ideas on how to mitigate the problem. He's a quality individual and business person.

Tom was late, but I wanted to get the filter ordered, so we didn't reschedule. He was thorough. Ryan the installer/plumber was great. He explained how well the system works and our water is cleaner in three days.

The company responded quickly to my inquiry and the technician arrived ready to assess our situation. He was knowledgeable and experienced and recommended products that would help us. The "in vivo" demonstration of the air filtration equipment sold us on the system. We made our purchase on the spot and only wished he had the equipment in his van rather than having to order it. The company is in transition to a new location and was unable to deliver the equipment as promised. No mater the circumstances the customer should come first. I offered and went to pick it up myself because we were in desperate need of relief of our respiratory symptoms. I was able to install the equipment which was all plug-in ready and the results were fantastic. We had the best night's sleep in a long time. Thank you - AERUS
