Great work!! Explained and answered all my questions very well. Aerial made the process very simple after the tornado hit. They were extremely professional and on time when completing the job. The crew had my roof and my neighbor's roof replaced in one day. They cleaned the area very well when finished and I will recommend them from now on to everyone. Look's Awesome and I'm Happy!

Chris Gallardo, a contractor/licensed roof project manager for Aerial Roof systems, called me shortly after I submitted the request for roof repair service for a leak through the window from the roof, via Homeadvisor website. Prior to his visit, there was another roof guy came, but found nothing wrong with the roof and left. Chris was very polite and professional, and he was properly dressed for the roofing job. After a short while on the roof, he found the suspected spot that could attribute to the leak and showed me the picture he took and other pictures for spots that showed signs of potential damage. He sealed the spot up and covered the surrounding area to protect it from element and allow it to dry & cure. He charged a reasonable fee for his professional service.

My roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage. They showed up at 7 am sharp and were very well organized. They kept the area around my house clean at the end of each day and did a great job cleaning it up on the last day. Final project turned out great! Chris and Greg were very helpful and fun to work with.

They were never on time and even stood up their own contractors on the job.

Sadly, this company was unable to fully stop the leak around a vent pipe on our roof. To their credit, they did replace 2 vent boots, but the leak remained in one of them.

When Chris first contacted me I was really excited to work with him as he sounded very professional and I called off other potential vendors who were bidding for my work. But, that turned out to be a big mistake! These guys are extremely disorganized. It's not clear who is the owner, Chris is apparently a PM and it took him 2 days to assign some sub-contractor named Thomas to come and look at my roof/attic! From the first day I clearly told them to identify the leaks on the roof and attic, document them (take before pictures), issue a scope of work document and invoice and wrap-up with a report (with after pictures). All I got was verbal blab from both these guys. Every time I would talk to Chris vs. Thomas; I would hear a different scope of work and/or price and they would either show me the pics on their phones or SMS them to me! I haven't seen a professional invoice or any shred of documentation! Thomas only fixed the roof (which was half a day's work and it took them 3 days to get it going) and still I have no proof of what was fixed or a report over work done and after 4 days the attic work still remains. There is a lot of miscommunication, they are not punctual at all though they definitely do have the gift of gab! So, if you want to be entertained for a week on how they can do and/or supposedly have done magical things for other customers then go ahead and hire them but, if you want serious work done minus the BS then I advise you to look elsewhere!
