I got a call before I even finished entering the info, here on Home Advisor. They got a tech out within an hour (and this was at the end of the day). The tech needed some other equipment to finish. He was here first thing the next morning and got my unit cleaned up and running like new. Good stuff. We even signed up for their service plan.

The company provides weekend service. They were on time and thorough with their work. Iâ ll use them again.

We bid the work to five different companies and not only did A-Anderson provide the best bid but they also included a new heating system as well which we had not considered replacing. The tech who came out to evaluate our A/C problem was knowledgeable but had a bit of an attitude. However, the office staff and the gentlemen who came out to install our new system were courteous and professional. They made sure that all carpet areas were covered and even sealed up the top of the utility closet, which we didn't expect them to do. We are going to need electrical work done in a few months and they will be our first call.

The technician was very thorough

Chryll was helpful in getting a same-day appointment scheduled. Jack, the Technician, was held up at another job, but he called ahead to make me aware that his arrival would be delayed. He was kind, knowledgeable, and able to resolve the issue. While it s great to know that he s responsive and helpful, I would have preferred him not taking multiple phone calls while performing the service.

I wanted it done right away. I'm happy with their work because my heating system got fixed but really wished I'd used home Advisor to get competing price quotes first.
