I had an appointment with these guys for Apr 7th from 12-2pm and they never showed up!!! Do not hire these losers!! I wasn’t contacted about any delay or reschedule!! These people have no integrity and are irresponsible!!!

I had scheduled at time for Jacob to come out and do my inspection gave me a window from 8 to 10. Got a call at 9:19 the day of inspection told would be 45 minutes until he arrived, at 1030 still had not heard from or seen Jacob. I took off time from work and to have them no show is quite frustrating. I do not recommend this company.

They were prompt, efficient, and know what they are doing. I read some reviews on the website saying that they are kind of pricey and try to upsell you for the things you don't need. They price they quoted is fairly high and I want to find out if it's accurate.

It was good. They did a good job. They did what they told me they were going to do.

These guys were efficient, expeditious and accurate in diagnosing the repair need in my fire box. I called them initially to confirm what another chimney sweep company (United Homes Services) said needed repair. 53 was honest and confirmed that the roof/chimney repair the other company said was need was indeed not needed. 53 also was able to repair gaps between the panels in the fire box and complete the cleaning work the other company failed to do.

Very professional, took care to keep the work area clean. Explained in detail his findings. Overall a good experience

It was efficient, they were on time, very polite, gracious, explained everything and in and out for such a small job. They did a great job.
