TFCH is DIVERSIFIED in the residential construction industry with an exceptional track record of performance, craftsmanship, value, creativity/design, on-time-completion and customer satisfaction. TFCH was established in 2008. Our founder "Todd Franke" has been in the construction industry for over 30 years building and renovating homes throughout San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. We are a family owned and operated business w/ an In-House Designer, Project Managers, Office Manager and Sales Team to serve ALL of our client needs. TFCH is a DESIGN/BUILD firm. We manage every aspect of the construction process from DESIGN to ENGINEERING to CONSTRUCTION to COMPLETION... TFCH is a preferred builder for multiple Banking Institutions and Financial Lenders. Great workmanship! Super friendly and always available for questions and/or concerns. Would hire again and in fact we did! Two years after our new build, mom moved in so we need a “mom” addition. They were our first choice!

We have used Todd Franke Custom Homes (TFCH) for remodeling our hill country home in Helotes, TX. They did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job in every aspect! Todd Franke & Zach Galm met with us to hear our plans for the remodel. Not only did they incorporate everything we wanted, but they added careful and calculated advice based on many years of experience. The workmanship and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process! They helped us bring to fruition the home we both imagined with such expertise! Todd, Zach, Zechariah, and their entire team of professional contractors worked on our home as if it was their own! TFCH had previously built a beautiful detached two car garage on our property. They did an amazing job including all of the amenities that we requested! The entire process from planning, to completion was exceptional! We would highly recommend TFCH to friends, family, and anyone wanting a quality home built, or any type of remodeling job done! You can rest assured it will be completed with care and quality!
