"I am a little disappointed in this review. I talked to the customer several times during the process and at every turn he was not in any hurry to get the work done b/c of the time of year and not needing to water immediately. We were told the new sod would not be laid down for another couple of weeks and as long as we had our part done before then it would be fine. We were tied up with another project that was also time consuming and each time I talked to this customer he never expressed any kind of disappointment in the process and actually stated that it was no problem due to the time of year and not needing to water. So I ask anyone that is reading this. If you are not happy with the way a project is going, please phone the office and bring it up so we can address it."

"We regret that this call went this way. We had communicated with the customer when we were on the way, but never was told there was an entry gate or a gate code was needed. When we arrived we could not gain entry, tried many times to call the customer to access neighborhood with no success. Technician then decided to move on to next service call. Customer finally called us back but we had left. Unfortunately the call did not go well as the customer was understandably upset we were not able to keep the appointment. Our technician could have handled the situation better, and we regret the call was cut off. The same technician is responsible for the majority of the A+ reviews on Angie's List and we get positive feedback from his service on a very regular basis. We have had a conversation with him about this stop. He is regretful how it was handled and we know it will not be an issue in the future. Everyone at some point has a bad day and that is what we are chalking this up to. We will reach out to the customer and see if there is anything we can do to rectify this situation."

"This appointment was for 5/9/18 at 8am. My technician was there on time and rang the door bell, he then called the customers number and left a voice message. He never answered the door and never called us back. Not sure what more we can do than that. It cost us 1/3'd of our day."

It states that any repairs are charged extra. We did provide an estimate for the added work before we performed the work and did get the approval for the cost before performing the work."
