I waited nearly a week for the initial appointment. The company canceled either the day before I was scheduled or that day and rescheduled two days later. That was slightly inconvenient for me and I had to reschedule my other commitments to get this done

The technician arrived on time, was courteous and we walked the zones together, and I specified what changes I needed. He also explained what needs replacement. Then service was performed and invoice promptly generated. Did not face issues. Used them 2 years ago as well for similar services and reused them this year.

This job took far too long; they looked over the job early in February and sent an estimate on February 5. I accepted it right away, but they did not finish the job until March 20. The job started off questionably when the two-man crew didn't have the chain they needed. I loaned them one so they wouldn't have to go get one. When they returned the second day, they still had no chain and had to borrow mine again. They did not finish the job the second day. When they didn't come back to finish, and didn't call me to discuss the issue, I had to call them. They set a date to complete the work. Before that date, I got a text telling me they had other jobs to complete and would not be coming until a later date, a date they chose without any discussion with me. This new date created a problem. I had told them that the city would be coming sometime in March to re-sod the area they dug up. The city laid down the new sod between the date Landpro agreed to finish the work and the date they actually came to finish the work. According to the crew leader, the sod made the job "a totally different thing". The city was able to unload the sod pallets and sod the entire block that runs past the side of my house in what I estimate was no more than 45 minutes. The Landpro guy said setting the sod aside and then replacing it for my yard alone would therefore take an hour and a half, and they didn't have time, they had other jobs to do, so they left. This, notwithstanding the fact that they were willing twice to delay my work when they had other jobs to finish. When they finally returned to complete my job, they wanted to charge me for the time involved in removing and replacing the sod. They did, however, remove that charge when I pointed out that, if they had come on the agreed-upon date, there would have been no problem with sod. Before leaving, one of the crew volunteered to reprogram my irrigation system. I told him I had had it watering between midnight and six AM on Fridays, and he agreed to program that. However, today (Friday), the system came on at 11:00 AM and sprinkled the guys who are painting my house along with some areas they were trying to paint.

"I am a little disappointed in this review. I talked to the customer several times during the process and at every turn he was not in any hurry to get the work done b/c of the time of year and not needing to water immediately. We were told the new sod would not be laid down for another couple of weeks and as long as we had our part done before then it would be fine. We were tied up with another project that was also time consuming and each time I talked to this customer he never expressed any kind of disappointment in the process and actually stated that it was no problem due to the time of year and not needing to water. So I ask anyone that is reading this. If you are not happy with the way a project is going, please phone the office and bring it up so we can address it."

When the two providers I had used in the past informed me it would be ten days to two weeks before they could come to my house to service the irrigation system, I used Angie's List to find providers and chose Landpro. They were able to come out two days later. The technician was polite and prompt. He replaced several broken heads and adjusted others to cover the lawn appropriately without watering the sidewalk and driveway. He also advised me to have the bubbler head which was installed for a tree I planted in 2016 moved further out or eliminated as the tree was now well-established because watering that close to the trunk did not encourage the roots to go deep. The price was reasonable for the work done and time he spent on the job. I would definitely hire them again.

Cody was our serviceman and he did a great job. He analyzed our system; replaced the old sprinkler controller; checked all of the watering zones and sprinkler heads; repaired a broken head that had been buried by the COA during a sidewalk installation in front of our house; and showed us how to program the new controller. Cody was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about lawn sprinkler systems. I would call on this company again in the future and recommend them to anyone. Great service!

A great guy Cody came and fixed the broken sprinkler, adjusted the timer for the different zones and checked all the zones to make sure they were receiving water. And all this for 1 hours work!! $95. Would not hesitate to call again

The quality was very good. However, the company did recognized that I pre-paid for a sprinkler tune up on Angie's list. After investigating, it was decided that the amount paid was for additional work, which consisted of replacing sprinkler heads (parts and labor). They're employees are good. The advertisement is mis-leading.

It states that any repairs are charged extra. We did provide an estimate for the added work before we performed the work and did get the approval for the cost before performing the work."
