Let me start by saying what exceptional customer service provided by Armando in Houston!  He was knowledgeable, confident, with a lot of integrity.   Not only did he show up on time but also sent a txt on his ETA.  I had an older system that had been offline for a while.  A quick survey and Armando was off trouble shooting and bring my system back online.  I guarantee you; if it was anyone else they’d be selling me a whole new system.  But this gentlemen, reconfigured, installed a new power line, new battery back, tested the system, walked me through a brief training and $115 later I was another happy customer.   I will definitely be giving Central Security  my monitoring service just because I valued the exceptional service provided by Armando.     Oh one last point  -- talk about going beyond the call of duty -- Armando without me asking surveyed  at my front door and replaced the 2 inch screws on the strike plate with 6 inch heavy duty screws thus reinforcing my front door.  I highly recommend  Central Security for any and all your security needs… They are  extremely knowledgeable on  commercial and residential systems.

From interview process through installation the entire project was very pleasurable.  There was no high pressure sales pitch and they were patient with my decision process.  The installation at less than a 1/2 day was not disruptive any more than it has to be.  Everything was done as discussed.  I would definitely recomment Central Security to anyone.

Brandon arrived on time.  He was able to quickly survey our current situation (partially installed security system) and give us an estimate for completing installation and activation.  He was friendly and worked efficiently.  He seemed very knowledgeable about the alarm system functions.  He explained the functions of the system and answered other security & alarm questions.  He was very thorough in testing all of the windows and doors.  I am glad I chose him for installation and monitoring.

He came in and installed everything needed with motion sensors as well as explained how to work everything.  The had no contract so I could leave anytime, but I won't because the service and price is exellent.

They were just majorly outstanding. That work went excellent. We spent $125 on that service. They came out when we needed them to, did what we needed to do and it was done.
