confusion on the time we were scheduled for and which opener I was
getting.
Once that was resolved Richard did a great job.I was not
charged extra for the high ceiling mount or the remote keypad
installation.

Emmett came right on time the next day and did a great job replacing the springs and rollers. He did a very good soft upsell on the headers and attachment brackets, letting me know they were available and why they're recommended without any pressure (I'm in marketing, so I hate sales pressure).
Now that my tax refund is gone, I intend to use them again (with the next tax refund, likely) to put insulation on my steel garage doors so that my garage doesn't get so hot in the summer.
I highly recommend them as a professional company that treats its customers right.
