Great job, great price, done quickly

Whitaker did a great job communicating with me what was going on with delays and when there were issues.

Great experience

Plumbers came, without extension cords or the best equipment for the job, eventually took up the toilet to relieve the blockage in the bathtub. They never rechecked the tub blockage and it returned as soon as I ran the washing machine. Now, all we get is a recording-- for two days.

They got the job done. They were messy like all plumbers, but other than that they were great.

They were prompt. They explained everything to me. After they had completed the job and left, the hot water pressure was very low and I felt that the the water was not hot enough. I called the next morning which is today. They came back promptly and fixed the problem.

I hired Whitaker Plumbing to fix a small gas leak and replace all of the outside house connections on my house. They were at my house within 45 minutes of calling them and did a great job on the requested work. I'm going to call them first for all my future plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with both the office staff and the workers who replaced two 40 gal. hot water heaters with a tankless water heater in our attic. The workers were very professional and clean. They took extra care not to damage the wood flooring on our stairs and hallway as they removed the water heaters from the attic. The tankless heater is working great and I would highly recommend Whitikar Plumbing for any plumbing projects or repairs.

They were efficient and tried their best to repair the leak.

The technician did a great job and I felt like they made the repair based on the best option and not just what would be the fastest quick fix.

I hired Whitaker plumbing through HomeAdvisor for a clogged kitchen sink. After spending an hour unclogged the drain, they informed me the drain is unclogged. That same night the kitchen sink started to clogging again with minimum use in between, I suspect it was never fixed. So I called back to reschedule and have them send out a plumber to take a look again. 2 days later, after I made myself available at home after a confirmed appt. The plumber showed up, without even getting into my house and even look at my issue. He told me there is nothing he can do and tells me I should find a plumber that can do camera and to hot water jet the line Ironically, I called another plumber company, they showed up fixed the problem under a hour without a hot water jet or camera. Horrible experience, what is really unprofessional is that Whitaker didn't even try to take a look and try to fix the customer's issue for a job NOT DONE RIGHT the first time!

I had these guys came out to replace a water heater at my house on Saturday, 9/12. When they arrived, they had a 50 gal tank instead of the 40 gal tank that was being replaced. In trying to fit it through the door, they removed the door casing molding. After it still would not fit, they had to return and get the correct size tank to fit in. The molding was not replaced, but they assured me someone would come back to fix it. I have texted and called several times, in an effort to schedule a time for them to come back out and repair the door. At first, I was getting a response and was told that they would be coming out in the next few days. My last contact was on Thursday, 9/24, when a woman in the office told me they have experienced scheduling delays, due to the weather, but she would call back that day to schedule an appointment. She did not call back that day, nor the next day. I called yesterday and today, but could not get an answer on the line. I have texted once again today, but have yet to get a response on that, either. I need someone to call me back immediately to repair the molding taken door from my door.

We had an emergency and they came out first thing in the morning. Men were very nice and they got it done quickly

Whitaker Plumbing was so good about their work. They let me know step by step what was necessary to take care of my problem. The pricing was very competitive. They did a great job.

The owner made sure of the quality of the work. Although I was a novice to plumbing, there was a good explanation about what was needed. Very personable team.

Jesus was very knowledgable of his work. I would recommend a little attention to detail. They left me with a big hole in the closet with wires exposed that I have to patch myself. The work itself appears to be well done.
